What happens when the landlord insists on two years? Lagos state government is like Federal Government, rushing to make laws without having the accurate capacity to implement them. In most countries of the world, house rent is monthly even in some places, weekly, and this is easy because salaries are paid on time and many other factors. Will the tenant pay monthly in Nigeria? Will the landlord abide by this in practical terms? Time will tell

Dear nairalanders, please I need help in paying for my SAQA evaluation. Each time I complete the payment steps and authenticate payment using my hardware token, the system immediately log me out of the SAQA portal. This issue has continued and has prevented me from completing the steps needed to get my academic documents evaluated by SAQA.

I have sent mails to both SAQA and Paygate System but I am yet to receive any helpful response.

Please what can I do?

Saqa has introduced new techniques for payment , though they have not tested this method very well. Kindly call them to avoid paying twice. If you don't get any positive response. Feel free to contact me

Thanks for your response..but I read from the SAQA website that payment can only be made on the Paygate System. Meaning SAQA no longer accept cash deposit in bank or wired transfer. I'm just confused.

.Most South African institutions are changing their policies & strategies to checkmate fraud. It is true no more bank deposit. Use SA bank account to complete your payment

Check if you qualified for the necessary work visa. Check the different routes available. These routes are available - study, critical skill visa, and voluntary visa. Do you have good vocational skills? Some people are suffering because they came in with a visitor visa and overstay , some came in without any skill, and they expect to get jobs. Jobs are scarce now due to covid 19 and the increased population. South Africa, at this moment, is the best place to study Africa. Fully funded scholarships are available for postgraduate studies, and some school offers free tuition with a high caliber of lecturers from the UK, Canada, and other parts of the world. In terms of jobs, the story is not a good one. There is a massive scarcity of employment; even if you have a job, you need a work visa. If you have vocational skills " handwork " you will surely survived but to come without any skill, no long term visa, no reasonable qualification... The person will suffer. Alot of suffering now because of lack of information or inadequate preparation.

This coach should have been sacked since November, and they are playing politics. This NFF is not helpful to the development of Nigerian football. By now, a new coach should have taken over and invite the best players for the tournament. But with Rohr in charge , players are invited and selected based on sentiment. Less than 5weeks to the tournament , it appears the NFF does not want to employ a coach .
