I think the main reason why some parent does that is bcus of some of the challanges (age) they faced during & after school. You're expected to finish school and have abt 5 yrs working experience bfr 30 in Nigeria. considering uni addmsn prblm, some courses could take abt 5 to 6 years in uni, ASUU STRIKE, and others. i dnt see whats wrng if at child of 7 to 9 years sit for common entrance exam and capable of performing excellently.

the same way Uniabuja SUG president was given about 6 carry over, that took him about 2 more years to graduate after his normal graduation year, because he joined student protest in the school. presently, Uni abuja SUG president is my friend, I'm gonna find out this too

please, has anyone been able to successfully register for the Nigerian Navy on their website?
Since about 5 days now i have been unable to complete the registration due to "PREFERRED PLACE OF SCREENING ". After choosing your Preferred state of screening under your Bio Data , then down after it, you will be ask to choose either the training center in that particular state you choose, but it's not opening, i have tried to choose almost all the states but the preferred training center under them are not opening. and it's mandatory to choose that before you will be able to complete your registration.
