it has both advantage and disadvantage. Advantage is this, when enabled, then anyone can't logging to your Facebook on another device without been sent OTP to your phone number because the new device is unknown to your Facebook account, even if your Facebook username and password are correct. But the disadvantage is, If you lost your phone with your simcard in it, and can't get back the sim again ( welcome back sim) , Then you would not be able to logging the Facebook account again even if you remember your logging details.
