Sambaby7640:
bro i dont think the problem is personal or oral hygiene but most of the time you get mouth odour or start noticing it when you start thinking of how your mouth smells when talking to other people. One of my roommates have this problem and because I'm probably the closest to him,he keeps asking this stupid question of "is my mouth smelling" especially when we are alone and try to get me to smell his f$$king mouth. At first i told him if he has any odour he should brush twice and try to make sure the tongue is clean. He replied saying he brushes trice a day which i later noticed after he told him. It got me thinking why dude still has bad breath after brushing trice daily and also i dont want him to keep asking me if his mouth stinks or try to make me smell his stinking mouth again, then an idea occurred to me, i told him to try and stick to brushing twice daily and he should start behaving like he does not have bad breath and trust me it worked like magic.

Sometimes it might just be from the mind and also it might be that you are placing much focus on your mouth which will not help the situation. Brush twice and act normal, dont think of it and you will be fine.
There is no such thing as the mind being responsible for mouth odour. Beyond oral hygiene, diet is also one major thing to note with mouth odour. Frankly speaking, you could brush your teeth and even use the smoker's brush to scrub your tongue like one would scrub a jean, it still won't prevent the mouth from emitting a horrible smell when one opens it.

Garlic, Onions, spicy foods/Chilis, Curries, Fishes, even Coffees are some of the foods we take in that either cause mouth odour or aggravate an existing one, albeit on a short term note.

Off all things, understand your body and be mindful of what you take in. Water therapy surprisingly work and I still do it religiously after several years.

No one gets mouth odour just by thinking of it.

It is worrisome seeing so many posts on mouth odour of late. Other than special health issues, no one should have it. One's hygiene should be a priority.

APC has 64 Senators this time. They only need to woo 6 opposition senators to defect to enjoy a complete 2/3 of the Senate.

Akpabio would have been the best option but as it stands, Omo-Agege will likely take charge.

safarigirl:
there will be nothing marginal about the NC votes. The only NC states that are core APC are Kaduna and Niger. The rest could go either way, even with those two states, there is a high percentage of non-indigenes, in Southern Kaduna and places like Suleja in Niger state, APC is likely to have it tough due to the high concentration of non-indigenes in these parts. Kogi is another NC state that will swing to Buhari, but they do not have a massive number of voters and are similar to Ekiti in size.

The rest of NC is up for grabs. Saraki will not allow APC smell Kwara, that one is sure. PDP will win massively there, even if he has to fight them thug for thug.

Benue and Plateau are wounded lions. Benue abandoned PDP largely because of Suswam and his failure to pay salaries back in 2015, but in Buhari's four years, these people have been massacred and the only thing they have gotten in return is their lands being invaded by soldiers who further harass them and present them for slaughter to Buhari's supposed brothers. APC will be defeated resoundingly in those places because dem no go even gree them rig
I wish you could come back to say this again grin

It's not about Atiku but about allowing a flawed electoral process! If Bubu was confident why allow the military to intimidate? why was voting done without card readers anywhere in Nigeria? The election was a fraud!
Let's face it, every election is flawed in Nigeria. It has been this way over time. That you think this is the height of it is because social media is present now more than ever.

You don't say the Nigerian people were robbed. It was a case of 'between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea' for most. Atiku stood no chance from the get-go, contrary to social media noise.
Politics › The Three (3) Biggest Losers Of The Presidential Election by Sanchez01(op): 10:31am On Feb 27, 2019
The presidential election has come and gone with the winner declared. The degree of loss in this election varies from politician to politician, putting into consideration their status and position prior the election.

Below is a list of the biggest losers of the presidential election, in no particular order.

1. Olubukola Saraki: The outgoing Senate President is the biggest loser of the elections, probably more than the PDP Presidential candidate himself. From being the dogged Senate President whom many thought would match Tinubu's tenacity to a common politician in an instant. The DG of Atiku's campaign not only saw his party lose the number one seat of power; he was soundly defeated and stripped of his senatorial robe by the people of Kwara Central and APC's candidate, Dr. Oloriegbe. Saraki's loss to Oloriegbe is a huge pointer that he has been demystified and rendered useless politically in his home state. Much more is the fact that he destroyed a lot of bridges in the APC before his exit. His influence has not only been reduced to nothing; he can't return to the APC, not after the treacherous move that saw become the Senate President.

2. Atiku Abubakar: The resilient Presidential Aspirant is not strange to losing. This isn't his first but this will probably sting the most. After allegedly buying his way out in the PDP primaries, and traveling to the U.S to prove that he isn't barred from entering the country, Atiku's obsession with debating against Buhari seemed much more important than the race itself at some point. That he lost in the North and even in his polling unit raises concern about how relevant he is politically.

The former number two man in the country defected between the PDP and the APC several times, probably more than any other politician in recent time. Having lost the race, one begins to wonder whether he will finally retire politically as the South warms up to take over in 2023.

3. Rabiu Kwankwanso: Kwankwanso was feared and respected by many because of his Kwankwansiyya cult movement in Kano. The fear stems from the notion that he commands the movement even during elections and dictates who they should vote. The Kwankwansiyya is one of the largest religious movement in the North if not the largest.

Perhaps Kwankwanso is not what he is perceived to be as the recent election revealed. The former governor not only failed to deliver his polling unit to the PDP, he, alongside the PDP saw the APC and Buhari sweep all 44 LGs in Kano state.

Notable Mention

Ayo Fayose

The Question:

The question remains 'what next?' Will they defect again to save what is left of their dying political career or remain dogged and rebuild the PDP ahead of 2023? One thing to note is; Atiku has never been a builder, the same as Bukola Saraki. Both men enjoy ready-made platforms which will give them the opportunity to fit themselves in and take on positions they never worked for.

2016: the year of the recession. As dollar was skyrocketing, two of my businesses were booming. I made in that year, more than I made in the entire Jonathan administration. Now that FX forwards for the Naira has already been priced at N401 to the dollar, maybe a 2nd Buhari tenure will not be bad afterall.

Only that those who are not positioned properly will suffer from the policies of the government.
The emboldened is everything.

Tambuwal would have greatly tilted the votes in West instead of the balanced vote. Plus, Atiku is perceived as corrupt in the North other than the South.

PDP saw this but played Atiku anyway, as one of the top parties in the country they needed to present a candidate but also needed one who could almost singlehanded fund his campaign and the maga was Atiku grin
The emboldened must have been why the PDP really settled for him because I recall their secretariat in Abuja remains uncompleted till date, owing to lack of funds.

PDP was never ready for the election.

Osho baba wat happen cheesy in ur state, no way!!! U are fired shocked
You don't understand the game of the APC. All they need is to secure 25% in PDP stronghold, mostly in the SS and SE and round off everything with their numbers up North.

If Atiku can only win Edo with a paltry margin of 7k plus votes, then it is a huge home run for the APC. Both get the needed 25% but it doesn't do much for the PDP. They need HUGE wins.

I'm still amazed that Atiku/ obi won in any SW states and this is a sure proof that we Yorubas have a mind of our own.

Trust me, if you give Igbos BIAFRA, they will still mess things up.
Biafra is a political tool, just as Boko Haram started. Ojukwu latched on to Biafra when he saw Oil in the present day South-South. Watch how IPOB will request for Biafra and claim they have been marginalized in two weeks time.

The clowns with internet among them on the forum will start shouting Biafra or death by tomorrow.

I have said it in the past and I will say it again, it is ironic that one of the three major tribes in Nigeria is the least relevant politically. They rant night and day on cyberspace but choose to remain foolish by eating Nkwobi on election day. Rather than hurl insults at themselves, they are crying over Osun and Northern votes.

Atiku was hoodwinked by the South East, Saraki, Dankwambo and Rabiu Kwankwanso. The Yorubas have proven to be the political elite in all of these. The result of the PDP in the South West is unexpected and an indication that the party could have staged a shocking upset had the South East turned up enmasse.

Kanu has been quiet in all of these because he has cashed out cleanly by stoking the fire of the mythical Biafra. Whoever in the APC suggested that Kanu be released from captivity just months before the elections is a genius. He did his work and he did it perfectly well!

You guys will have more Nkwobis to eat in four years. Nonsense!
