WuzzyTech:You just had to insult the dude for what reason? He needed help and you thought to quiz with why he migrated from Blogger, isn't it obvious why people do so? Zox, nulled or not is troublesome. If you are not involved or haven't handled the theme directly, don't just poke at someone just because you're interested in upselling. |
AutoReportNG:So I checked your site and saw that it loads very slowly. Unfortunately, you only mentioned the Theia slider but not what the problem is. I know for a fact that you can choose your homepage type in the 'Theme Options' at the backend. Zox as a theme is somewhat messed up and complicated. A single mishap can cause a cascade of failures as in your case. You might need to reset your WordPress to get the job done. If you can't handle Zox, just don't mess with it. For now, don't focus on inserting a thing in your site's header until everything is set. |
ibietela2:Almost every state broke out from another. In the event that some are not self sufficient, the possibility of returning 'back to the origin' might just play out. But then, the idea of a merger is just as difficult as the call for resource control in itself because it would mean one governor might be knocked off to allow one continue. Plus, do a little Google search and find out the people, governors and ethnic groups that have been calling for resource control over time. They are those with sizeable amount of natural deposits in their land. |
This narrative is graphic. I pray God help her heal. |
The Buharis are somewhat dumb sha. I say this without remorse because I recall Lai Mohammed, Amaechi and even Buhari himself running riot with their mouths before they came into power. |
Interesting read... I sense Bode George, GEJ, and Umahi in the piece as the arrowheads. Meanwhile, it would be a political walk over for the SOUTH WEST if the PDP zones its presidency to the SOUTH EAST and the APC, the West. PDP might further implode with Atiku still interested in trying his luck. That would mean he failed to honour the agreement he had when he was in the South East during the presidential campaign. The likes of GEJ and Umahi will work against him. An already divided South South means an aggrieved South East hoping to get the ticket might either play along or backtrack. Whatever the outcome is, it isn't looking all too good for the PDP, whether Atiku gets the ticket or it is zoned to the South East. Secondus and Wike had better come up with a superb strategy to balance the impending disaster. |

MrBrownJay1:How is Kabaka an elected official, because the post referred to him as a politician? Man is a political thug. Full stop! |
Ishilove:We are in the same boat, babes ![]() They even end up guilt tripping me sef. Lol! |
NwaAmaikpe:Persecution complex and 'our brother mentality', right? You lots are known for standing with nonsense. |
![]() Heaven knows Deji is a Nairalander! Dino, congratulations on joining the fold of IDPs (Internally Displaced Politicians). Saraki welcomes you! ![]() Still waiting for Oshiomole's comment on Channels to hit the forum. The man is horribly petty! ![]()

comodo:True... But not with Nigerian politicians. They are too lazy to think out of the box. The mere thought of resource control would have state governors without a pin in their soil wail and accuse the world of genocide. |
Hiswordxray:You wrote stuff but never communicated. |
ibietela2:HOW MANY STATES IN THE UNITED STATES BOASTS OF RESOURCES AS TEXAS? In place of resources, tax and charges work, which is what the states in the United States do. Would it kill you to read a bit before coming back to defend this? Pray, tell the 'many more' ways states in the United States generate revenue besides oil in the United States. How many states are tourist attractions to begin with? How would you advise a state like Enugu to generate money when over 50% of its residents are civil servants? How do you make a state like Ebonyi economically viable when it is nothing but a rural area with good road networks? What means would you adopt, given the chance, to make a state such as Abia state self sufficient? I was thinking you'd proffer a more strategic solution but I thought wrong... Meanwhile, it wouldn't hurt to research how states in the United States generate revenues to become self sufficient. While you're at it, note that states with active resources in Nigeria are the only ones that can survive resource control. The states I mentioned above, despite receiving free oil money monthly haven't been able to get it right, let alone when they are charged to look inward and generate their own revenues. |
These sore losers keep claiming they can't forgive anyone because Jonathan lost in 2015, whereas the man who lost helped the party that took him out in his own state. May God give some of you sense. |
Forumobserver12:It is Sunday. Let us lie responsibly, please. |
ibietela2:I hope you know the United States rely heavily on tax and charges? If you are going to use the United States as your defence, perhaps you have an understanding of the model we use as a country. You can't just wake up and start taxing and charging a state just because you need revenue in Nigeria. As per resources, most states in Nigeria wouldn't even survive as they have next to nothing to fall on. |
Mistakenly stumbled on an online petition calling for the arrest of controversial pastor and prophet, Chukwuemeka Odumeje, for abusing women in the name of miracles and deliverance sessions and for abusing our legal tender. The petition which was started by a 'Bisola J' to the President of Nigeria, the Christian Association of Nigeria, the United Nations and the Central Bank of Nigeria is being hosted on Avaaz and have already garnered 49 signatures. https://secure.avaaz.org/en/community_petitions/President_of_Nigeria_A_call_for_Prophet_Chukwuemeka_Ohanaemeres_arrest/ My question: Do open petitions work in Nigeria?

cenaboy:But you don't have an issue with your state collecting the sweats and blood of the South South? Slow poke. |
Nnaeb:You fail to understand that some states are blessed than others. If the emboldened happens, most states will fold up like companies and be forced to merge to neighbouring states. Resource control is the way to go but most Nigerian States are not ripe for it. |
akpunda86:If you are not planning on traveling PLEASE DON'T MAKE HER GO. If she plans on being miserable just because of that then let her be. If she needs to be reminded that she is a wife and not some teenager anymore then by all means do. It doesn't make sense that a married woman habitually spends time away from her husband and kids in the name of Christmas celebration in her village and no one, not even her parents or siblings can point that out. I wonder what her parents tell her when she shows up annually. I honestly find this nauseating. Her immediate family comes first. |
Freestainworld:Is this painment I sense? ![]()

Dino only needs to find a blogging niche that is different from Shehu Sani's so that they don't clash and hustle for the same traffic. ![]() The EFCC should step in without wasting time. It is high time he explained where he got the monies he used in buying exotic, supercars. Dino finally joins the list of Internally Displaced Politicians (IDPs), with Saraki as their head. What a wawu! ![]() |
armyofone:I wanted to write this but then... The OP is from Anambra and his wife from Imo State. So there is this unwritten constitution about Igbos traveling home for Christmas. You just can't take it away from them. However, your suggestion, for me, is everything. I just can't imagine why couples can't choose to have a vacation ALONE or spend it in their home ALONE. The concept of creating memories is lost on some. Call it life. |
akpunda86:Calm down, sir. I am sure Imo's culture doesn't out rightly demand that a married woman must spend every Christmas in her own village. This is your wife's prerogative or some tiny rights she thinks she has that you failed to check. She is married now and spending the Christmas with her immediate family should be her priority before her village's or parents'. I feel you both need to come to an agreement and you decide where your own family would be spending Christmas every December. Lobatan. |
Efewestern:LMAO... I need to read up on this. I got a fair gist of this tale years back but not everything. The 'why' was never explained. |
APC have knacked Dino strong thing. ![]() |
midnighter:Lol... Not at all. Purely Urhobo. |
Efewestern:Some, not all. It's almost the same way the Igboness of those in Delta is discussed. Most claim they are not Igbos while some align and think themselves Igbos. Dickson is only a representation of the clannish Ijaw people who think themselves true while other Ijaws are either mixed or now 'true blood'. |
Irore:At the emboldened... It's true, to a reasonable extent. |
