Eraytee: No issue whatsoever. Regarding reference letter (s), you'll be required to provide references for the job (s) you are claiming points for. That means if you are using only your servicing company experience, you'll have to get the letter from the company. Just out of curiosity, what university are you at currently? |

ethan002: Then your score should be around 71. At this point, I don't know where the problem is coming from. Are your language results still valid? Thats's like the only thing I can think of. |

ethan002: Alright Let's see Language (CLB 8 ) = 20 Education (MSc) = 23 Work Experience (2 yrs) = 11 Age (?) Arranged employment in CA (?) Adaptibility (?) Fill in the values for those (?) and simulate your eligibility score. It seems that's where your problem is coming from. As seen from the above values, your total currently stand at 54. If you don't have a job offer in Canada or a relative, you won't be eligible based on your score because the maximum you can get from age is 12 which will bring your total to 66. A point short of the cut-off. |

Virt: I'm not answering your question because I haven't received PPR yet. This is just to offer another perspective. A survey was done on some applicants that are delayed at the NA2 stage and most of them had one visa refusal or the other and indicated same in their application. Some of them have been on the same stage for 2 to 4 weeks and counting while their counterparts and those who applied after them have long received PPR While this may be the case for most, It doesn't apply to me. I have never had a visa rejection before and this is my third week on NA2. I have travelled to about 26 countries in the last 6 years so I simply attributed the delay in NA2 to verification from those countries I have visited. This is simply my theory as I have no way of knowing for sure why I'm stuck in NA2. 2 Likes |

aranymous: If you check the link you posted carefully, you'll find this: Temporary residence status might be refused for several reasons, including: -history of having contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in Canada; -lack of or insufficient proof of adequate funds to support oneself while in Canada, and to affect one’s departure from Canada; -medical inadmissibility; -not satisfying the visa officer that the individual will leave Canada at the end of their period of authorized stay. Now, if I were a visa officer and I see your permanent resident application, I'd conclude that you do not intend to leave Canada at the end of the period of authorized stay. Thus, I'd refuse your application. That is my opinion based on interpretation of the extant law. |

sleekchic: Yes, under sections R10 and A11.2 you will be required to show proof of your employment history (not personal history) as declared in the express entry profile. However, since you are not the PA, your employment doesn't earn you much point to be honest (if it's not work in Canada, then it earns you 0 point). In that regard, if I were you I'd focus more on strengthening the PA's application via ECA and IELTS which earn you way more points than employment. 1 Like |

einsteino: It depends on the tenor and what's generally available. So usually you don't know the rate until you are in the bank and they show you what they've got. 1 Like |

einsteino: I'm anywhere there's money to be made o my oga. If you're going secondary, then Firstbank might be a better choice. Stanbic is ideal for primary but those are the two leading banks when it comes to T-Bill rate. |

einsteino: Chai see oga Einsteino trying to lock in that POF. It is well. To answer your question, you just have to request for it and it will sent to your mail address. Also like everyone already suggested, UBA T-Bills is sh*t as they usually offer substantially low rate compared to Stanbic and Firstbank. But if you don't wanna go through the hassles of opening new account with them, then you can also by from UBA. Good luck. 1 Like |

mamacajah: You are totally right, IMO. Based on my literal interpretation of section A11.2, your birthday is only "locked" upon ITA and if your birthday was between ITA and eAPR then officers are advised to apply the "public policy to exempt applicants for permanent residence from certain age-based requirements between invitation to apply and application, based on section A25.2". So if you like create a profile on January 1st, if your birthday is on June 1st and you are still in the pool your CRS drops on the 2nd of June. |

Abbylee: Yes, you earn point under language skill, education, work experience, age, arranged employment in Canada, and adaptability factors. The maximum point for all those factors is 100 and you need to score at least 67. It's all on page 0. Whenever the senior members ask everyone to read from page 0, it doesn't mean they don't want to help but it's to avoid to answer these questions over and over again. 2 Likes |

Abbylee: Did he contribute to your eligibility score (i don't mean CRS)? If yes, does removing him lower your score to less than 67? Your answer to those questions ought to be your guide. |
