You'd have to convince the buyer to register with Namesilo (so you can push it to their account) because the name will have to, at least, stay in the registrar for 60 days before you can transfer out. Chat with the customer service personnel. They are very good. Once confused, chat with them.

So they only expect you not to stress yourself since they will be listing it on your behalf. If you choose to list them yourself, there is no stated sanction or punishment for it.

Hours? I don't get why they take days to approve mine. If they want to reject, it is very fast but to accept a name they can even hold that name for more than a week. I don't get it.

Changing your nameserver to dan means anyone that types your domain url to their browser will be redirected to dan, thus leading to more views especially when you outbound.

I know. That's the same thing when the NS was pointed elsewhere. I'm using Epik to compare. Had a name for weeks on Epik but the traffic from the performance was low but immediately I changed the NS to Dan there was massive improvement. What's Dan doing that these guys are not doing? Or am I missing something?

How come changing NS to Dan leads to more views? All this while my name was there with less than 5 combined views but changing NS there changed everything.
