oga experience man, dont be rude, na gentle question and clarification i needed may be i can register the .co too, many people does that especially when not trademarked, and i saw something not clear, i asked and you went offensive. I dont know why people like you always feel on top of the world with insults when a gentle question is asked. If you know it all doesnt mean that others should not know it too. I said may be your sales triggered other extension registration. What is wrong with that? smh for you.

budosky:
If you know nothing about domaining, just keep shut or go and sleep.

chinwong:
I have like three of such domains with Durham as the city name. Done series of outbounding with multiple follow-ups still no sale yet. No giving up though

Mtakahela:

Elizkid:
Good afternoon everyone..
Is it possible/advisable to have 2 or more marketplace nameserver at your registrar?

safetim:
True,bro. True.

Arinze96:
It's not easy, truly but once the trust is created, you can simply take advantage, I did. I sold 3 more domains to him and he is currently helping me close sales with some of his industry colleagues in other cities.

Arinze96:
Made my first sale that way. Payment was received by justi4jesu through PayPal.

End-user's reply below

Brymo4all:
Run a research on him.
Make sure you're dealing with the business owner.
Hope he has a good online presence tho

Brymo4all:
People do it.
I won't advise you to do such.
Contact Dan or Epik to help reach out to him.

Okay let's say you agree, how do you plan on receiving your money?

fergusen:

True. I have some unregistered Submission going to the second week now. If you complain to their support now, they will tell you they have backlog of names to review bla bla bla"
Views too have been inconsistent. I get 50+ on average. Then it rose to 300+ for a couple of days. It's back to default now.

Yes o. As long as it's relevant, then you can aim for the moon
I think I counted over 5 Real estate domains sold within the past few days on SH.

fergusen:
So about my SECOND REAL SH sale, buyer cancelled the order after the first installment in January.

However, I also had another SH reg sale few days ago . My THIRD REAL SH sale. The domain was about 57 days old. Buyer paid in full. $1949. I got my share .
Domain: Prope***AndKey.com

Like I told sapiosexuality days ago, the real estate niche is hottttt now.
