Mr2kul:
Your contributions are vital.

Wash!

Mr2kul:
Lol... Thank you Sir

Lol. This guy. Why are you referring to me as Sir? Okay o. Keep catching fun.

Mr2kul:
Thank you, Sapiosexuality.
How about outbounding to those who indicated "Not interested" earlier, is it necessary?

Yeah, necessary if you want your mail address to be sent to spam and gradually lose reputation. Just delete the name if after that response you tried getting a response from them but got nothing.

Mr2kul:
Congratulations on your sale.
I have a question.
When you're outbounding again, do you use the same email (as the first time) or a different one?

A different one is always better. They already got the first gist, spin them another one.

Congrats, Promxy.

Mrblaze06:
Dynadot has issues or am I the only one experiencing this nonsense? I mean their app

Yeah. DDoS attack. They've apologized on Social media

Gpexchange:
Probably....

Okay.

Gpexchange:
U didn't read my initial message.... Cause all the . Org and . Net of it redirects to TeamViewer.com

Don't u know about teamviewer?

I did. You think they will buy it?

Gpexchange:
I just bought it with pork bun lol... Dude

U think I would come here and paste a domain that is that valuable without claiming it first yeah no... So what's u guys thoughts on it

You bought it? Why?

I don't like this guy but he can't be as worse as Buhari. He'd be better.

id911:
GoDaddy/Afternic has just changed its minimum payout requirements for some countries, Nigeria inclusive. Our minimum payout is now $1030. Consequently, starting January 26, 2022, if one makes a sale let than the above mentioned amount, you must wait until you accumulate up to 1030 USD before they can process your payment. For me, this is bad

For real? That means is time to increase everything. The biggest and annoying registra.

Seems Epik is back to 8.49 transfer. Lol. I almost made the mistake. Seems we are going to Porkbun. Update: Porkbun asking 9.13 after indicating it's 6.95. I'm going to my favourite Dynadot instead. 9.25.

Eliclassic:
Uhhhh! I just finished reading this GOLDMINE thread from page 1-2617,
I started in August last year (2021), I read this thread+ that one of Squad Help+ Namepros beginners section
Thanks to BOSS IYKE+ all Ogas for ur selfless contributions

Good one. But it's not about reading from 1-2617, hope you got it? Are you following? Did you follow?

ThisisIkemefuna:
Thank God you asked. I need all the criticism I can get because I want to enter this hustle again with all my might. I just started registing after allowing my previous domains to expire last two years. Registered two now;

Charlotte//wood//flooring
Garage//doors//oyster bay

Both in king

The names are okay.

ThisisIkemefuna:
Yes. I registered a second one this morning and have chatted with Dan's CC

Don't worry they will correct. And I hope you are regging good.

ThisisIkemefuna:
Registered two names now since yesterday and they both have had previous listings on Dan. What sign is that

You registered already? Just tell Dan you are the new owner and they will delete the old one.

excess4luv:
which backorder service is more efficient.

DropCatch

I understand her perfectly. As it stands, I'm not interested in relocating abroad but if I eventually leave I'm never returning. Some persons have been through a lot mentally that moving places resurrects their old trauma. I don't think it has to do with getting more qualifications or the lack of desire to improve. It's simply staying with where she has found peace.

Richy4:
U are missing the point man..
You should ask yourself, what is making that individual unhappy? When u are sick, u just don't decide to die... U seek help from health professionals...

Every reasonable country got suicide hotline that people can reach out to... The government of those nations encouraged people to make a call if they feel someone they know is having a sucide thoughts...

They have all those hotlines because they knew that there's something called depression.. and they help the best way that they can because they care about their citizens.. and there are professionals who can help the situation..

Still the same thing. Merely thinking about life critically exposes one to nihilistic realities and these realities do not negate suicide.

My point is simply, what is the advantage of living over death where both are just passing experiences?

Life, in the very least, is supposed to be enjoyed and not survived and where one is constantly living in pain and the capacity to return to normalcy is nonexistent, what then is the point of the life?

Suicide in this case is just like Euthanasia.

But is suicide really as bad as we make it appear? I mean what's the point of all these? Why suffer and be unhappy when you can simply switch off? More like peace or what am I missing?

Imagine the sort of brain thinking of becoming president. What a shame. If Buhari, the dullest of them all can do it, why not me? I believe that's the stupid thought in his head.

Jamescool2:
Please advantages does using a custom email have? From your experience, does it increase the chances of end-users response & selling a domain?
How can one ensure the mails get to end user inbox. Thanks

Custom mails make you appear professional. It is the same reason Dan have Simon@Dan.com not Simon@gmail.com or Simon1234@gmail.com.

Some of the endusers we are contacting use customised mail addresses and for them to relate with you better on a company to company basis they need to see a certain level of trust and professionalism. Contacting them with a custom mail is one way of showing them.

For inbox, first you have to make sure your mails are not getting to inbox. Visit the gmass url above and test to see where your mails are lending.

The software is very tough and if you mails can scale through to their inbox it means you are good. If not, you have to go to the same site and use their free warming service. Or create new mail addresses for that.

..

Mr2kul:
Please what do you mean?

To sell crypto cycle dot xyz for $49.5k when it's only taken in less than 15 extensions will take a miracle. You need to either change it to make offer or you drop the price to less $1k. That's what I will do if I had the name.

Mr2kul:
Alright Boss... Noted.
I have used Erjo scrapping service for about 4 names. And i usually warm up my email before contacting end-users. I even used streak at a point because i couldn't track my mails with manual outbounding.

Well, Pet//Rescue//Services has expired.
Maybe i will try custom email

Thank you for your concern.

Test your mail with gmass mail checker. Visit the site and send a message to an address they will provide you to confirm. Visit gmass dot com slash inbox. Copy the mail addresses there and send a mail to them. Then return to check where the mails are landing. If you choose to proceed with custom mails use a domain name to minimise cost. For just $9 a year.

Mrblaze06:
brandable name like crypto//circle does not need SV to sell, since it's in xyz you can put fair price on it and hope it sell, that chiropractor domain too you can pay one of these guys to help you scrape emails and do another fresh outbound on it.Even me sef my sales are not consistent and I have more than 50 names already.
By may I will complete 2 years in this domain business and I can only hope my sales increase by then cos I have recorded just seven sales.

Jeez! I just checked the name. Lolol. Mr2Kul haba. Lol. For a two-word dot xyz? That's too much.

Mr2kul:
3 Handreg... The rest were picked from ED.

Pet//Rescue//Services (my first ever registered name).
Pinnacle//Garage//Door
Washington//Family//Dentist
Collins//Plumbing//And//Heating (later discovered i made a wrong choice).
Shreveport//Family//Law//Attorney
Houston///Tx//Flooring (Rushed to register this without checking stats that day. It was after some days i discovered it has no reasonable metric)
Photographer//Huntsville
Chiropractor//Dayton
Brave//Strive (Hand reg)
Dwell//izo (SH registered)
Lakes//Family//Dental (recently picked)
All in king.

Crypto//Circle//xyz (handreg) I later discovered this name has low SV.

Pet Rescue Services. My advice here is to get new leads. Get a lead from cities different from the ones you got earlier. Try Miami, FL, Austin, Phoenix, LA, etc.

And if you did that and no response from anyone, then it's time to look at your mail and make sure they are not disappearing. For a name like this, you should get, in the least, a 1000 endusers.

Do the same thing for others. Try to increase your leads. If you are using Reeon for scrapping try to use Letsextract. Or try our guys scrapping here. If you don't have money for that, then patiently do manual sourcing on google and bing.

Source for more leads for HoustonTx Flooring. It should sell but that will depend on your pricing, number of endusers you are contacting and your mails reaching their end. Mails can either go to inbox, spam folder or don't even reach the target address at all.

And don't hang reg for now. Brave Strive is good but it's a Brandable name. You can't outbound that and if you are going to reg a Brandable when you've not made a sale, it'd be good to go with a trending term. Like meta.

Crypto Cycle is good and doesn't need an SV to sell but what you look out for when it has to do with xyz is to check how many other extensions the name has been taken in. That should give you an idea of what to expect.

The bottom line is, if you are facing this state, then something is obviously wrong and you have to have a strategy for facing it. You have to design what you will do differently this year. E.g using a custom mail, warming your mail, regging only quality names, getting more leads or what ever. Do something different.

Mr2kul:
I got 12 names though. 70% Geos.... I got a name approved on SH (SH registered).
There are names i got over 100 end-users, yet no positive outcome

If I were you, I will list the names though. Though 12 names is still not enough. How many did you handreg?

Jovico567:
i didn't buy it i created it myself and wanted to sell it on brandbucket platform, 2 of them were appraised but verification of ownership before they publish it for sale is what i need a guide.

You have to buy it then. After buying you can then do verification of ownership.

Mr2kul:
It's a year now since i joined this business and i haven't made any sale yet ..... This thing is just something else.

How many names do you have? Quality of names? Number of endusers? Geos, Emds, Brandables?

symbuul:
Should I park this domain? I just hand regged it day before yesterday and put a "buy now" price on it just now. Bought it at dynadot and listed at Dan.

No, don't park. Bots too can increase traffic

Promxy94:
I really don't understand what u mean by ruin.....

All the same never asked anyone to follow my advice...

But i am an advocate of register that which you find worthy.....

You shouldn't. Someone posted a two-letter, geo, dot org name here, even if he eventually sells it, it is a bad advice to encourage anyone to follow his example.

Promxy94:
You see why i always advocate for allow them register what ever they like....

This your advice will ruin people especially newbies. I hope they don't follow it.
