I send with my Gmail account and attach the custom email address to my signature to build credibility, and this has been working well for me so far.

If you have delivery issues then do mail warming.

Workspace is even expensive. He can simply buy a domain name and do mail forwarding with it and problem solved. I used Workspace when I started and was spending about $19 per month. With a domain name it's just 9 dollars per year. Huge difference.

Your domain IP address can also show where you are sending from. To avoid it, you can use VPN during outbound but you may also run into trouble with Google.

You can use both of their free versions just that while the former allows you to do daily 200 mails without transporting to CSV (you can take a shot though and use Google Lens to extract them), the latter allows you fifty free leads with CSV. Paying for a lifetime of Letsextract is better.

For outbound. I prefer Streak to Gmass though I use both. Something keeps telling me Gmass send more mails to spam folder even though the data tells me otherwise. (lol).
