I work in one of the leading banks in Nigeria and in a Market facing division which is sales.

A typical day at work begins with checking my position in terms of customers liability and income received and earned.

There's always one customer or the other with issues that needs attention, I have always wondered how there is never a new day without fresh complaints.
Resolving customers issues Can take up the whole productive hours of the day and you are left with little or no time to even go on marketing calls.

I don't like cold calls but I ensure that I give my customers the best service so as to get referers that's how I meet my targets.

Above all I love writing FAM(facility approval memo) because to me it's an avenue to use my brain and do things not monotonous.

Late last year I was on a look out for a 2 bedroom appointment in Anthony, Gbagada and environs. I saw a house I liked on a website http://www.aproglobalng.com/ and called the agency. They requested I pay the sum of 3 thousand Naira before I can inspect the house. After endless discussion with the man. He assured me that the house was available and I only need to pay the 3 thousand registration fee and he will take me for inspection. On paying the money there was no house to show. He only directed me to well known agent in Anthony. I discussed with the new agent and made me realize that they Aproglobal are not real agents. I was really disappointed. It was during the discussion that the agent affirmed that, truly the man behind the website has no real houses in his care but after gullible house seekers like myself must have parted with our hard earned cash the best the guy will do, is to direct them to a physical agent.
He made me realize he had never met the people behind the Aproglobal website and that what he stands to gain is new clients.
Please beware of any house listing on olx and that has Aproglobal as the Agent. Those guys are scammers.

Mine happened this morning.
Woke up early to go to morning mass I have been dreaming about it all week. Alas when I was about to out the gateman that usually direct me was nowhere to be found. I tried moving out of the gate with no success as I am still learning. Noticed my neighbors where looking at me through their windows. After close to 30 minutes I just jejely parked back my car and sadly went back to my flat.

Hyundai Accent is a very good car for Uber. Fuel consumption is great and there are very few issues you will experience. However, I can see some 'emotional' attachment to the car on your part. You will have to let go of that or keep the car because of the nature of the business. The car will not be that 'beautiful bride' you see today in 6 months. That I can assure you but a great driver will still be great and gentle on your bride. That said, I can get you a driver who has used Hyundai Sonata with me and can use this car well. He will be your direct driver so no middleman things here.
