I have finally been able to register for my exams. i will be writing a paper next. I wish everyone too all the best |
DexterousOne:I have paid the fees for the registration and it has reflected on my account but i cant seem to find any where to book my exams. Do I need to contact CIMA Global before this can be done? |
DexterousOne:Sure I have started studying the materials on astranti |
DexterousOne:Yes o , the only paper left for me is SFM . I have been studying for it but will dump it and face the CIMA, since its the CIMA that can help me boost my immigration dreams at the moment. If i can't meet up to write it this November, I will push it to May. There's no rush so far I can get my ITA this year God willing. |
Most important do I know if for you to start taking Folic acid once daily and Fersolate thrice daily. Folic acid is especially important in the first trimester to avoid congenital anomalies. [/q5uote] Thank you. My gynecologist already priscribed folic acid but she did not talk about the fersolate. I will ask her about it next time. |
I am a Nigerian in Germany with a German Masters degree. It's quite difficult to get professional jobs in Germany as an African as we are usually the last of the pack. The only luck I ever had was to get internships, internships that takes several months to get and usually only for short periods. The high percentage of Africans even with German Phds doing menial jobs is highly discouraging and depressing. Most are trapped in the race for survival and I can't imagine myself living life like them. I feel I could do better with my skills and education that spreads across Europe's top countries. I made the decision to return to Nigeria, harness my skills and start up a processing company. At 25 and the sole breadwinner of an extended family, they are asking me to stay put, saying that the Nigerian environment is not good for business (I feel they are only scared of losing out on the goodies they get from me). Also last year, the family introduced me to a female in the UK, talking about marriage to her. The said lady is a Nigerian within my age range, but born and raised in the UK. Though I have been to the UK severally to see her, I have made no commitments whatsoever as she is not the kind of lady I would marry all things being equal. She and the family have however given me a ultimatum to decide now. What do you advice? I will advice you not to marry the girl if you feel you dont want to. Thats the beginning of a failed marriage. What you should however do is to stay in Germany and apply for the Canada PR , write your ielts and get set a 6 months timeline. With the Canadian PR you can get a professional job and live your dream life. You are 25, young with so much prospect ahead of you. Dont flint it by coming back to this country and dont get caught up in a marriage you don't want.I dont normally give advice but I had to say this one. Dont make a mistake you will regret all your life. There is nothing here for you in this country and don't get tied up YET!!!!! |

Same here.Tried two account details already |
I have always heard about the brutal treatment melted on law abiding , tax paying Nigerians by the lastma officails. However I witnessed it firsthand today. We were on our way to Lekki with the official car and decided to stop by Marina and drop a document . My official vehicle driver packed beside the road to drop my colleague. Immediately he stooped a lastma truck just corned our vehicle by the side and 5 lastma officials(thugs) came down and started banging on our car windows and windscreen. They forcefully opened the driver's door pulled the frightened guy out of the car and entered the vehicle forcefully, while the official that pulled the driver outside sat at the driver's sit and was trying to start the car another one entered the passenger sit and was shoving my colleague and I out of the vehicle. All these happened so fast and we were still trying to comprehend what was happening. I asked the guy politely what the issue was. I kept asking that they should speak to us and let us know what the issue was instead of treating us like thieves and harassing us, the guys did not even pay attention to me he just kept driving. On motion my colleague and I got down from the vehicle and hailed a keke and started following the car at the back.(At that point what was on my mind was these could be kidnappers disguised as lastma officials) The car was taken to their office in sura mogaji on lagos island and immediately the tires were deflated. While i was trying to talk to the guy that drove the vehicle that there was no need to behave in such a demeaning manner all because we parked by the road side . The Lastma guy named Sule working in Zone 38 Lastma division started calling me names and raining curses on me (part of it was an Harlot). I was perplexed as to what was actually happening. At that point I got infuriated and started demanding to speak to their area commander who did not turn up. We were kept under the sun for 3 hours without any communication whatsoever. While we were waiting my colleague called her boyfriend who is in the army, he couldn't come immediately but dispatched some group of soldiers to the place. It was not until the soldiers came before the commander came out and released the vehicle. At this point the lastma guy that ruff handled and called us names was nowhere to be found. This really affected me and kept wondering what if my colleague did not have someone in the military what would have become our fate? Its saddening that our law enforcement agencies are filled with guys like that and we the responsible citizens are left at their mercy. |

See ehn, Atiku nor ku ku send anybody. How will someone spend as much as he spent on campaign and you expect him to deliver. I am actually laughing in Spanish. Do we think Atiku is Jesus Christ, Oh! So we believe he will spend soo much just because he wants to fix Nigeria abi? and really, does it mean he will make a great leader just because he is a business man? omo! Forget joor! |
Ogoojerry:If you have not sent your waec confirmation , just put it inside the envelope . Thats what i did. i bought the scratch card and placed it inside the envelope for the waec transcript. That way I saved money on sending it via courier. |
