Campbell did NOTHING to deserve red you prat. . .
His two-footed lunge was a RED card offence

Masch shouldn't have seen red, he wasn't the last man.
The law did not mention anything about any last man.
Denying a goalscoring opportunity is a RED card offence.

Chelski wasn't focused or determined enough. . . they were WEAK and didn't focus on closing out the game.
I disagree.
Blackburn defended very well.

You need to decide if she can find out or not. . . . personally if it was a one night stand or with a woman of the night, I'd consider not telling her.

If on the other hand, there is a possibility of her finding out, it will hurt if she doesn't hear it from you.

You must first of all clean up your act and be ready for her to hate you for a while, or even risk her leaving before you tell her.
U didn't even factor the OP could be a woman. . . .

watch it again n u'll c its not only a foul, Samba was d last man -- which gives d ref no choice but 2 send him off.
Sol Campbell shoulda seen RED against the Hammers.
Mascherano shoulda seen RED against Man Utd.
These things happen. . . . .Chelsea were good enough to have beaten the Blackies without having Samba sent off.

d ref's mistake also played a vital role in d outcome of d match.
What mistake?

If he had picked Samba's foul on Nico, it would av resulted into a red card, which means Rovers 'll be forced 2 remove a striker & replace wit a defender, which in turn gives Chelski d advantage.

but wat did we get?? 4ucck Steve Bennet!!
So you are saying Chelsea's 11 can only win against Blackburn's 10?
I don't think Samba's foul warranted a red card anyways. Ivanovic's injury tipped the balance.

I have noticed with many comments here on Nairaland  , that Nigerians in Diaspora tend to get insulted , abused and maligned when making comments that do not fit into the perspective of some Nairalanders.

Insults start flying around such as :

'go back to your one room rented apartment '

'go back to your beat'

' has your visa expired'

'when were you last home'

and a barage of more graphic abuse.

I have set up a poll to understand why such anger and hatred is channelled towards us Nigerians who are very hardworking and live abroad hoping to make a positive contribution to our country .

This is not about a red, it is about where the foul was commited. He was fouled outside the box. His moment was alreadly destroyed by the time he fell down as a result of the tugg outside the box.
Valencia's right leg was in the penalty box when Mascherano let go of his arm. His momentum after the burst of pace meant he would fall forward.
I dunno what you are trying to prove here. Valencia was fouled in the penalty box. The decision was 100% correct.

And the pixture you posted shows masch's hand was in no way strained to support the sudden release theory.
It was. . . . . .The picture showed Valencia was in the penalty-box when he was fouled.
That is the single most important factor. . . .Even Benitez accepted it was a PENALTY so why are you STILL using Xanax for another woman's menstrual cramps?

You guys are overreacting. . . . .Any team can go to Ewood Park and draw.
Chelsea were a bit unfortunate yesterday. Ivanovic's injury tipped the balance and he woulda done better than Ferreira when Diouf scored.
I wouldn't be disappointed if United cop a draw @ Ewood Park. They are a very difficult side to beat at home.

2) Yes. why cant you compare it with 5th placed La liga?
La Liga only have 2 decent teams.
Barcelona and Real Madrid. The others are gash.

3) It is sickening.
That success didn't come overnight.
It was borne out of hard-work, managerial stability, long term planning and years of laying down a solid foundation.
U cannot be changing managers every summer and expect consistent results.

What is the guarantee that we can even beat Villa in the semis?
Chelsea will beat Villa blue-black @ Wembley.

Look at the direction of the force and the oreintation of your diver at the point.
Look at the angular strain between the hands and the Vals inclination before he dived.
FFS, don't gimme the opportunity to call you a slowpoke.
I am trying so hard to restrain meself here and you are not helping at all. . . . .Did Mascherano continue to tug on Valencia's arm while Valencia crossed the line into the penalty box? The answer is YES!!!!
Whether he fell with 30 degree inclination or 256 degree angle ain't the issue. Mascherano fouled Valencia in the box and for that a penalty was correctly given.

tell me the guy was still holding him and it was a reactional jerk.
It was a reactional jerk and Javier was lucky not to have seen RED.
He clearly denied a goal scoring opportunity and Webb shoulda applied his common sense.

I am sure you score f9 in physics!
Agreed, but in the subject of common sense, you scored ZERO.
At this point, i am willing to bet your shoe size is higher than your intelligence quotient.

Was he actually released? I thought he was tugged down?
Whether he was released or tugged down is not the main issue.
The issue here is. . . .Was Valencia fouled? Did the foul carry on into the penalty box? Both answers are YES!!!
Thus, the decision given was CORRECT!!!!

Well you just said he would  jerk foward not fall down. Valency or Valencia was tugged and released outside the box and jerked into the box and dived. That is a good expalantion.
Jerking foward after running with a blistering pace will bring him down.
The tug and the quick release of his arm affected his balance and he fell foward.
U can bleat from here to Honolulu. . . . .United copped the 3 points. If you feel aggrieved, send your query to the FA.

He was tugging him and not pushing him, why did he not fall backward? That defies physics.
You are a simpleton!
Laws of physics actually say Valencia(bursting with pace) will jerk forward after being held back for a while and released all of a sudden.
When a car is accelerating and the driver slams on the brakes, what happens to the passengers? They jerk forward which was what happened to Valencia. Use your God-given common sense for once.

Show me the contact that reulted in that heavy fall and i will show you a diver.
So you are so blind, you cannot see Mascherano's left foot crossing the box and him tugging at Valencia's trailing hand?
Would a penalty have been given if Mascherano did not get so close to Valencia? Would Valencia have dived without any contact from a defender?
The shot i posted was Mascherano's last contact between Mascherano and Valencia and Valencia had already crossed into the penalty area.

MOTD analyst called that penalty laughable. The last touch on the diver was outside the box and he decided to swim in the box. They said it was no penalty and i know some geeks here use their analysis as a point of reference.
MOTD analysts are all biased towards Liverpool.
Mascherano's last touch was in the penalty box and he shoulda seen RED cos he prevented a goal-scoring opportunity.

I didn't factor in dodgy penalty decisions when making ma predictions.  tongue
Even Rafa Benitez admitted it was a stone-wall penalty.
https://i40.tinypic.com/6szvy9.jpg
That was Mascherano's last touch on Valencia(inside the box).
He didn't think Mascherano shoulda been sent off though but Rafa admitted Mascherano fouled Valencia in the penalty box.

Besides, I remember you swearing by your one and only Hawes and Curtis shirt that Chelski would beat Inter 2-0.  grin
By the same token, i didn't factor in Drogba's complacency and Ivanovic's stupidity.

Secondly, I think Masch had already let go by the time they got inside the box so Law 12 is inapplicable in this case.
He still tugged him inside the box.
The holding started outside the box and continued till Valencia got inside.
I didn't see you complain when Rafael tugged Bellamy in the Manchester Derby(Carling Cup Semis).

It's too early in the week to be giving grammar lessons. Sharon kindly tend to your flock.  grin
