congrats to the latest mums. na wa o. Una no even miss me for here. don't even miss me sef, before unwanted pregnancy will go and jump on sombori. I'm still trying to get off my addiction of Milo drinking. each time I want to diet I end up drinking cold Milo at night and console myself with "its been a long day" grin

any new twin mama here?

How are we all doing, God bless us all.

Maybe its me or d faces my babies make when they cry- too pitiful.
I always carry them at once with both in my arms. Or put one on my back and d other on my chest with a carrier.

And now thAt they are wiser and aware ofeach other, they re jeAlous Too.

I noticed that with my son too. After recovery, he becomes clingy, but after a while, when I don't send his cry cry, he will just adjust sharp sharp.

Most mothers can't watch their babies cry. Provided my baby is fine, I go just bone face.

Come and teach me hw to bone face grin

I prepare hot so it will be warm/cool by the time he's drinking it. He drinks it hours later, sometimes sef, early morning.

No, I prepare it very hot before I go to bed. That's like 11pm or 12am. I use the big Tommie tipppee bottle and store in a handy food warmer or I wrap it in some very thick clothes, it's sometimes more effective than the warmer.

I usually prepare room temperature milk for the twins. (sometimes when I make d milk, they don't drink) plus they got used to it from rushing to make food for them.

But most times, I'm too tired to hold a baby and bottle. I just carry d baby, chook brest and sleep off. Or sleep without a top on. So they just find their way to the food source #lazyTiredMom

But when I bought the wheat, the didn't like it, it tastes different from the rice. And my four year old helped the twins out by eating almost a tin. I currently have 2 tins now. I'm forcing them to take it and ill switch back to rice.

The rice has lots of milk (I see it when I mix) but I still add one spoon on sma to 200ml moderate mix. When I make it really thick, girl throws it.

There's Cerelac rice with milk for 6 months. It's very smooth for a start. I add formula though cos I don't know the quantity of milk the cereal contains. The fat content is quite high oh, just in case your baby is on the big side.

It was this particlular cerelac that made twin girl blow up. Noww I've switched to wheat and milk.

My dota likes pap so much, that she's nowfatter than the boy. And it was the other way round. Meanwhile spoon feeding!!! Oh God let me not just begin this night. I will come back and rant.

Update on the twins
6 months two weeks old cranky twins

Food taken: cerelac, mashed yam And fish, amala and ewedu, pap and soya, oranges, sma.

Drugs taken; capol, abidec, and teething powder.

Milestone and problems:
twin boy has 6 teeth (first 4 down, and his two canine up) sits up but still wobbly, crawls on his tummy, spits out all d food given wth spoon, drinks water like no tomoro, currently has severe nappy rash, hates cold water to the moon, loves when I sing, the sight of bread makes him happy. doesn't like when you put him down to carry his sister, hates when u kiss him, sleeps through the night without food and hates cerelac with all his might!.

Twingirl stands on her two feet while holding something, sits perfectly, instead of crawling she hops like a frog on the bed or floor. Has two tEeth, actually its one and half grin

likes to kiss everybody, dances to any song or no song at all. Eats anything food with Pepper or no pepper, doesn't mind if the water is cold or not as long as its a bath. Eats 5-6 times at midnight before morning. Doesn't like the bottle, prefers spoon. Doesn't like cap, socks, blankets, shawls or any other material except onesies. Doesn't like to play alone, cries for her brothers toys even when they have the same one, likes to bite and pinch.- and cry too.

And they talk too
Girl: (shouts) achababa abababa ummmmmm ummmm acha acha
Boy: babababababa (shouts) ababababa abuuuuu abuuuu aaaaaabbbuuu
