Skengman:Amaechi is our man. All-round capability. |
I visited an Igbo village, the typical Igbo village that would give you insight into how Ndigbo lived before the whiteman came. What I noticed is that Igbo are naturally blessed. There's oil above and beneath the Igbo country. There's also an immense fertile land. Now what captivated me was the oil palm tree that it seems that God used in blessing all of the Igbo country, from Aboh to Bonny to Ezza. Now my question is, what were Ndigbo doing with all that oil palm before the palm oil trade was introduced by the whiteman? Considering that our people were mostly using palm oil to cook, doesn't it mean that most of the fruits were wasted? Was there anything like hinterland palm oil business before the white people came? |
CharleyBright:Well... that would be the fault of Yoruba people and not other southerners. If they subscribed to southern unity without deceit and selfishness as their purpose, the north would have agreed to a compromise. The southern agenda for 2023 is SE/SS or the north continues. |
AstralBody:This is the stance of every reasonable southerner. Yoruba are not aware what they have done to themselves. Before they can ever gain the trust of other southerners would be in another life. Imagine the backstabbing of 2015 wasn't enough to them. They have to add greed, excess greed again in 2023. What is most annoying is that most of the resources these people are targeting to steal is from the SE and SS. Yet no conscience for equity, with due apology to sensible Yoruba who didn't join in betraying the south in 2015. |
tamdun:I do not see him NOT clinching the ticket. It's a done deal unless some unforeseen circumstance. Only PDP is the barrier to his presidency. And PDP hasn't much choice. With Buhari's cult-like following in the north, I suppose the PDP should also go for a southerner with clout that can gain support from the north. But who? |
AchalugoNwa:I agree with except that I do not think he has shown remorse for what he did in 2015. This Amaechi guy is one of the politicians I really liked prior to 2015 because I served in Rivers. It still beats me what Jonathan did that made him oppose him so much. The only reason I now support him is that he is clearly competent, intelligent, an Igbo and possibly the only shinning star in this government. I actually hold him to a higher standard because of the error of 2015. If he were a less competent Igbo politician, it would have been different. |
In 2015, some of us thought those southerners in APC that sold Jonathan out were the south's worst enemies. At the moment, I wonder why I don't mind an Amaechi presidency. The reason is obvious to me. We Africans are tribal by heritage and I got to realize that even the Jonathan I was fighting for isn't really Igbo. Well...Amaechi is competent and a plus for us Ndigbo. However, the battle isn't over yet. We should get PDP ticket too since it seems that providence is on our side at the APC side. What colonialism did isn't right. Igbo should have been one nation. |
Penguin2:Can't you see that the Nigerians is actually a reflection of what the country is? Are their politicians any different from the people? The way the political class is made of retrogrades is the same thing you would see on the streets of Nigeria where 3 out of 7 people see nothing wrong in what the country is. That's why they're ready to vote in another crook because it is a country of crooked minds that put logic on its head. Seriously, the country doesn't deserve any sensible Igbo. Let's dash them Rochas and Orji Uzor Kalu for size. |
WesternOligarch:I'll like to see you minify it when it gets to your turn. Then we would know the real hypocrite. You should know that it's just a matter of time. |
Between Ndigbo and Nigerians, who need Igbo presidency more? The truth is that Nigeria needs Igbo presidency more than Igbo needs it. Apart from having functional ports in Calabar, Port Harcourt and Warri, what benefit would Ndigbo get from a presidency? Nigerians are afraid of what Ndigbo can become with power considering that even without it, no tribe has fared better that Igbo. Just name one tribe that is better off than Igbo despite looting the country for decades while Igbo have been on the sideline. They're afraid of Ndigbo that would scale ahead on a level playing field. Now could you imagine that what Ndigbo achieved in Biafra 60 years ago such as locally refining crude oil, building warship, war tanks, rockets, airfields, bombs and roads are still mere dream to Nigeria of today. Some of us do not even want the Igbo presidency thing to happen. An Igbo country is a better deal for Ndigbo than a retrogressive country. |
I see...One question please. Between Ndigbo and Nigerians, who need Igbo presidency more? In the NW and MB, there's active ethnic cleansing. Initially, Nigerians would make noise, especially when the killings numbered up to 70 and 90 in Benue and Southern Kaduna, but today, they no longer care. It is possible that in the next 5 years, the natives of these areas (Southern Kaduna, Plateau and Benue) would become minorities. This could be why the country was created by the British - for the Africans to annihilate one another. |
Afonja Now Killing Afonjas for FulaniI just read the story of the Fulani that called for backup in Ogun state. Imagine that it is Afonjas that came to their rescue. The cost of slavery is very high |
Preamble: Skull mining is the art of digging up the remains of the dead just to use their skulls for ritual purposes. In recent times, the term is being used for the art of cutting off the head of the living for the same purpose in Yorubaland. Ritual killing is the art of killing people, not necessarily for their heads of skulls. This barbarity is probably as old as humankind but has been perpetuated and growing massively in western Nigeria for obvious reasons. The old and the young there seem to mostly believe that the art of magic is a quick tool to wealth. The Solution 1) A Head Count: This is a bit laborious but absolutely necessary to make sure that every head is accountable and proper inventory of the population (even babies) are made. This is the only way to be sure that more heads aren't getting mined as we speak. 2) 24 Hour Monitoring of All Alfa These are the henchmen that actually order the hits, kidnaps, mining and beheading. Enough number of law enforcement personnel should be allocated to monitoring these alfas and their madrassa and masalcis to ensure that pre-emptive actions are taken to forestall more murders and grave robbing. This may discourage the footmen and headsmen from their activities. 3) A Regional Reorientation This is where all the states in the region need to come together and launch a massive campaign in both English and Yoruba to teach the people that human life is more important than food, drinks and cars that they're wasting the lives for. Teach them that the living head they just mined could become a helper to them tomorrow. 4) Temporary Ban On Elections And Installation of New Obas Very important. All political posts and installations should be suspended, since there is also a correlation between their culture and mining of skulls. These people believe that you have to sacrifice many heads to the devil before he gives you power. No wonder the craze for head hunting has increased prior 2023. At this rate, by 2023, the population of our western brothers would reduce drastically. Say no to skull mining |

Even though I'm 100% positive that none of these men will be president, it is obvious that they're sizing each other in their quest for power. One has a massive war chest while the other is close to power. Imagine what would happen if both are determined to grab the same prize so the question is not a matter of if but when the fight will commence. I think it will be reminiscent of the Abiola-Abacha fight, the Jonathan-Obasanjo fight, the Akintola-Awolowo fight or even the Obasanjo-Atiku's Royal Rumble. In any case, it will be the fight of the year since the first round will commence this 2022. I like both men for one thing, one is a dogged determined fighter, while the other is a suave operator. Anyway, the main championship fight was between Awolowo and Akintola. Let's hope this won't be a rematch. If only they can see the future. |

Start from where Igbo officers killed Premiers and military officers of other regions to derail the Nigeria project. They did it to save your stuupid ass and that of the Tiv. Even though you guys turned out betraying Igbo as is naturally in you. Dont be a hypocrite.Igbos brought all Nigerians under Fulani rule by abolishing regional rule.Gowon did. Despite fulani killings in the East, the Igbos will vote Atiku,a descendant of Uthman dan fodio to complete his Fulanization of South East. They are a known adversary while you're a backstabbing vermin. Someone having you as an ally do not need an enemy. Peter Obi has never come out to condemn fulani herdsmen killings in the East but Igbos cry everyday on Tinubu’s matter.Tinubu has condemned the killings in Yorubaland. Where are the cows If the Igbos truly want to seceed they should start a war in their region like the Tigrays of Ethiopia. They should seek advice from Eritrea and South Sudan.Nope...we won't. This time, you're to fight the war, since you have already been surrounded from your forests. It's coming to you soon. We know your plan. The first war took you from 3rd class to 2nd class and Igbo from 1st class to oppressed. Karma is waiting in your forests so do not hope that Igbo will go down again for you to see food as you started seeing since 1970. This time Benin Republic will open door well for una. This time around you guys must not do longer throat on non igbo lands,if not Biafra 1966-70 will be an replay.Igbo land is enough for us, unless our cousins, the Efiks, Ibibio and Anang decide to join us after referendum. Igbo land is in Benue, Akaw Ibom, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Crossriver, Kogi so it is more than enough. Seek foreign allies to help una quit the Nigerian project.Loosing a war makes you a slave in the nation you fought automatically.Igbos must fight make rematch with the Nigerian govt to seperate successfully. That won't be necessary after your own war with the bandits waiting for you in your forests. You dont need loyalty from any nation/tribe in Nigeria.Every nation/tribe will seek the path that benefits its people.Nations make friendship based on similar interests, goals and aspirations. You just made sense for the first time Igbos leaving Nigeria will be a celebration day for all Nigerians. My problem is that your tribe lies a lot. Anyway, every Nigerian is used to it. There will be no more drug/human trafficking, baby factory, prostitution, fake drugs and beverages, substandard products, scamming customers in the markets, dragging women in the markets, hostility etc.Good riddance to bad rubbish.Awwwww... but skull mining, ritual killing, yahoo plus, witchcraft, beheading and occult practices will boom in your region na ![]() A visa will be imposed on all Igbos who want to stay in Nigeria for $1,500 and a surety of N1,000,000.Wanna discourage us? Thought there'll be celebration? At least the Igbo visa fees will change all the brown roofs to modern cities like in SE and SS...And your hunger will end. |
slimfit1:mud would do better? |
dead on arrival is yarriba quest for aso rock ![]() |
stonemasonn:You're actually lying and you know it. The taste of the pudding is in the eating. You only need to look at typical Yoruba states (not Lagos) to understand that you guys have nothing to offer. In fact, you are the LEAST productive region in Nigeria. I laughed when one of you said that you contribute cocoa and human resources to Nigeria. No wonder you people even oppose Biafra more than Fulani. Just look at Igbos. The most corrupt ridden Igbo state is Abia, yet you'll see good houses and immense urbanization due to the natural flair for the Igbo to be industrious. This is a state that have corrupt governor that offered nothing. Yet in your Yoruba states, even in 2022, you're still battling with brown roofs of 50s. |
Oghene1st:You are among the very few wise people I have seen on this forum. These Yorubas here are experts in peddling lies to deceive even themselves. Even the blind knows that they are the least productive region. That is why they are always backing Fulani against the south and especially Igbo interest. They're aware that without SE and SS, they're gone. A people that are not even capable of developing any state in their region would always say SE is "useless". I have been waiting to see anyone with sense that is not an Igbo counter them. Go to all the regions in the south, you'll see capitals that are well developed except in their region where 1940 brown roofs still exist. I think their problem is that they never travel except to Lagos, |
Odin13:Nigerians are yet to dish them what they did to Jonathan in 2015 and they're already weeping like babies. Wait until any one from that Afonjaland gets nomination first. They must get payback for 2015. |
johnmartus:Igbo are tired of having thieving politicians preside. That is why you see them condemn crooked Igbo past governors but to Yoruba, a thief should be made a king. Is that how it is in your place traditionally? |
How are we sure that Nembe is even Ijaw the way you people are claiming all the tribes on the Delta? Who would have known that president Jonathan isn't even Ijaw? |
Investigative:Very correct. That's exactly what happened to Ebonyi after Umahi joined APC. They gift you one or you draw them close and the consequence is death and more death in your domain. Ortom realized it late and jumped out of APC but they were already entrenched in Benue. Before 2023, the carrot of presidency would buy bloodbath for those who are lured by it in Yoruba land.By election time, hopefully some would be left to actually vote. |
Bingo! Abdulkadir, who was evicted from his Igangan residence, said he opposes Igboho’s release due to his daring nature.A one-eyed man in the land of the blind. Igboho the warrior A pity your people know not your value, but maybe, just maybe, they'll soon regret betraying you. |
tamdun:No be only popularity, Even laritypopo |
ChangetheChange:You didn't calculate it well. I mean the mudu of rice Under Jonathan - 400 Under Buhari - 1600 If they try Tinubu- 24,000 If they doubt, make them try |
Seconded....power stays in the north. They have not completed their term since Yaradua died. Power to SE/SS or power to the north. |
