Even without a subpoena, the CTC of the charges against Tinubu is admissible is admissible in a Nigerian court if any LP membet obtains it as a concerned party from the originating court. The agent in question can also be issued a friendly supboena and paid to tender it in court for effect

You can easily see that from the election petition. The man and his legal team were not given free access to election materials by INEC to prove rigging, so they simply went for Tinubu's jugular - his drug business. If proven, he is simply not qualified to contest.

As if that's not enough palavar for the druggie, they brought up the 25% requirement for Abuja. So if the court says he is qualified, he didn't win.

Two in one attack. A criminal cannot contest and if you say he can, he didn't win.

The beauty of the petition is in its simplicity. INEC actually made the job easier for the court by blocking access to election materials. They also made it messier for Tinubu.

Now to the crux of the matter. I don't even see Tinubu being inaugurated. Why I love the impending fireworks is that proving that an election is rigged is time consuming. Proving that a contestant is a crook is a piece of cake.
