Who told you smoking isn't allowed? Even in international flights, not everyone obeys that law and pilots mostly warn people during landing to extinguish their cigarettes.

2) Imagine 2024 with Shettima as president. Boko Haram would practically be the tax collectors in most of the north while ISWAP would be in charge of Niger, Kwara and parts of SW. In fact, they'll start dragging Lagos taxation with Tinubu, while unknown gunmen run amok in the East. Fulani militia would terminate half the middlebelt because people in power are giving them covert support. Only a neutral president like Obi would have the will to fight the Jihadists, while the separatists would lose a large support base.

3) Another sleeping president without vision will practically collapse the economy. Don't take my word for it. Apart from Yaradua and Jonathan, there is no leader in this dispensation whose focus hasn't been on how much loot they could corner for themselves, cronies or tribesmen. That's why their eyes are always focused on petroleum ministry. Imagine a serious president juggling presiding over a country and carrying a portfolio that should give a competent minister nightmares. Without a visionary leader like Obi, I see the Nigerian economy collapsing under excessive debt and overstretched resource.

4) The next president would battle not just insecurity, but lean resources. To save the country's economy, palliative and remedial macroeconomic measures such as subsidies must be removed. Without supplementary economic development policies, I see a litre of petrol sell for 2k naira by 2024. Let's face the fact that only Obi has a roadmap for the development of the country's economy.

5) If the war raging in the North and Middlebelt continues unabated, in 6 years, this country would face famine on a biblical scale. What's obvious is that people are not aware that farmers are being killed in their thousands all over the north and Middlebelt. The result of the ongoing jihad would become obvious in a few years without a decisive action. Which of the contestants has the will? An old decrepit Tinubu with a BH apologist vice or a Fulani Atiku? The choice is yours.

The country needs Obi as a matter of urgency. I hope we don't get it wrong again like 2015. The consequences would be dire...
