You've only stated an angle. The numbers you should be working with is actually number of votes cast against number of PVC distributed. This has not favoured the APC in the northwest, especially Kano. 3.2m PVCs were distributed in that state but around 2million voted which is about 65%. Now compare that to the voter turnout in GEJ strongholds, I think Enugu has the least voter turnout with about 80%. I'll leave you to do the remaining math.

Try check the numbers of PVC collected in SE/SS and other regions, check the numbers of accredited voters as well. You are losing in different states and still believe in miracles from a region without the massive numbers of votes. Go see Katsina, Sokoto, Jalingo, Borno and Yobe results. Very funny!!!
