On the flip side, Koketso and LK4 are now free to pursue their relationship without the limitations that came with the show. Av seen schools, av visited many. DELSU Lecturers are terrible. That lady will graduate and graduate well. Its like saying guys who renounce cultism will not graduate or will be killed by ex-members. They always graduate and leave in peace. This thing has a rule......"dont get caught". If u are caught, you are on your own, no lecturer comes out to pally a fallen member. Yes, one or two lecturers may want to go hard on the girl but two tyns are certain; 1. That girl knows what she did and y she did it, shes not scared. 2. No lecturer will ask her for sex again till she graduates. Its so sad that some people here are rebuking the girl.....imagine say na ur sista tell u say lecturer won lash am..wetin u go do?. |

omisabbey: Guyz pls i need your asisstance, one of my friend has been shortlisted for aptitude test with Nigeria liquefied gas, so i want someone that can pls give him the detail of how their interview look like the possiblely and frenquently ask question. I will be greatfull if someone that has took this test b4 can assist. My regard i can be reach through oomisabbey@yahoo.com.You asked for two different things. Anyways, the test for most Oil/Gas firm is STILL Gmat/shl. Some may give a second test to check specific skills, especially for Accounting/Science disciplines. It is after you have crossed this stages that you can now talk of interview, which is partly skills related, general oil/gas questions and your normal strength/weakness, why do u want to join us, where do u hope to be in 5yrs bla bla bla. He should not be intimidated cos he will see First Class Graduates, guys with foreign degrees, professional qualifications etc...all na wash. All the best to your bro. |
RixExpat: Quite frankly, you do not need the CFA charter to do well on your job as a budget analyst. The CFA charter will be too grueling (especially if you do not have a finance/maybe a decent quantitative background) for you to put in an average of 4 years that may not be very relevant to your job. If you are not into investment management or asset management, I bet you, after you will have acquired the charter, you will have realized that you spent a lot of energy on a qualification that may not really enhance your career as an accountant. I will suggest that you simply enrol in a top M.Sc program in Finance in Nigeria if you really need to improve on your corporate finance skills and you are sure of graduating in 1 year or at most 2 years if you wish to take it slowly and you are guaranteed of graduation. The CFA charter will be extremely useful if you are into investment management, investment research, asset management and the likes. It might be relevant in an oil company if you are involved in managing, say pension funds, but most likely your company will outsource pension fund management to an investment/asset manager. Alternatively, you can go for the charter as there are people who sit for the CFA exams as a mark of personal achievement even though they may not be involved in managing any form of investment.@rixexpat...well said. Thanks so much pally, i appreciate. I will think about it. Forget all this MSC/MBA in Naija Universities. I have my MBA from a Federal Uni........Dint acquire any new knowledge in the 2 1/2yrs it lasted. |
@s2clem....."For the experienced ones among us, kindly advise me on way forward". u neva advise , u say make i come buy book. pally. |

Fellow Nairalanders...greetings! I hold a first degree in Accounting and also a chartered Accountant. I wish to write the CFA exams but just wondering why i should. I currently work as a Budget Analyst in an Oil exploration Company. This is my first job as an Accountant as i wasted 5yrs in the Banking sector doing branch operations which almost killed my Accounting career. While undergoing training in this new job i discovered that topics like financial reporting, financial planning/forecast and corporate finance are key issues here. I want to give this new job my best, hence my desire to write the CFA exams. For the experienced ones among us, kindly advise me on way forward. your speedy response will be appreciated. God's grace to all those who wrote L1,2 N 3 yesterday ![]() |

Da babe fine gon. Forget what we see on tv. She had to take her shoes off cos it rained while she performed. I remember d part where she ran into the stadium, backed the crowd and shook da burry for like 10secs, everybody krase....I died! Davido had the crowd screaming when it got to his turn. His 'bigger dan' and 'gobe' shook the stadium. However da guy don dey add too much weight, him dey forbid 6 packs ![]() He threw his facecap n sweat top into the crowd. The guys wey catch d items collect serious hospital-bound beatings from some guys who wanted the cap by force(na warri na...area!!!) Na so the event happen. |
Those omuma guys are yet to embrace christianity. Masquerade dance is now a thing of the past in most communities in eastern Nigeria. |

bygo: @scobaba, what bank killed the small love you have for banking?kindly guide us so banking love won't die.The name of the Bank is not the problem here. Its the function I was employed to do. When they advertised, they said they wanted Chartered Accountants to fill some Accounts related depts. Pally this guys employed us and sent us to branches to work as customer service officers and paying tellers. Now if u are an Accountant and you wish to follow that career path, the above mentioned job is not for u. Run for your future....so I ran. |
naijababe: This is where you got it wrong. There is everything wrong with accepting gifts from your governor if you are against bad governance. Are you seriously telling me that Tuface could not have politely declined the presents. |
Congrats bro. Also got kicked by oceanic bank in Dec 2009(after working for 2yrs), spent 6months @ home before getting anoda bank, but I'm out of banking completely now. D second bank completely killed the small love I still had for Banking. Now I'm on my dream career path. Congrats once again. |

In Maye Hunta's voice..."Na who give my dota belle ooooo, elshama she don get belle o.." On a serious note, dat chick's fada is sick. If na me dey bleep him 17yr old dota, by now I fit dey ikoyi maximum or the dreaded benue prisons(where all the guys don give demselves Hydro.Iron.Vitamin from gay runs). "My dota was faithful to him", smh...he knew that @ 17, his dota was having pre marital bleep and did nothing because the guy in question is a cashcow. Morals thrown to the wind....Naija, where is the love? |
What do I did to you?
People are here shouting gbagaun gbagaun, its possibly a slip in writing, which could happen to anyone or BBpreye purposely did it to amuse 'itsmodella' and hence douse the tension building btwn him and her on the Banky trend. Little play like this makes even the hardest of women smile. |
naijababe: While it is true that he is yet to release an LP to that effect, he does not say one thing and do the opposite. When Jonathan was being romanced by all and sundry before the election, Banky and Eldee looked away and distanced themselves. Banky actually prides himself as a civil rights activist, he was very vocal about his position during the subsidy protests when some 'ran' away on the pretext of being busy. Finally, there is a dated collabo with ID Cabasa called Independence song which has some political message in it. I don't think a political 'LP' would be easy to pull off in his genre.Banky W is no civil right activist. He's just not into PDP. He has eyes for politics and this will manifest soon. As for 2face...I don't see anything wrong with accepting gifts from your governor. |
@druid06....=))º°˚˚˚°ºнaĦaнaº°˚˚˚°º=)) I dey enjoy ds dru-hill guy. We go drink beer one day. |
