It was an electrical issue. Part of the fuse board was already damaged by water. So I replaced it and the blinking stopped. Thank God I listened to my mechanic.. He was so sure it was an electrical issue and not the gear cos it was selecting well

Get a competent mechanic to check the brake pads/brake fluid and replace if worn out. There is also an error on the rear passenger wheel sensor. It should be checked and replaced if faulty or missing.
