Manchester United offer Thiago stunning €7.2m-a-
year contract

The Premier League champions have agreed terms with the Barcelona star after talks with his representatives, and will triple his salary if a move is completed Jun 30, 2013 7:24:00 AM

EXCLUSIVE By Paul Clennam
Manchester United will triple Thiago's salary to €140,000-a-week if the midfielder completes his move from Barcelona this summer. Goal reported on Thursday that the 22-year-old is set for talks with
Camp Nou officials where he will confirm his intention to leave the club after agreeing terms in principle with United. Sources have said that United are confident of completing a €18 million deal for the midfielder despite late interest from Bayern Munich and Barcelona's attempts to keep Thiago at the club after
chairman Sandro Rosell met with his father Mazinho last week. Thiago is on his post-season break and Barcelona officials are said to
have given up hope of convincing the midfielder to stay after he
raised doubts over forthcoming first-team opportunities at Camp
Nou ahead of next summer's World Cup. His current contract runs until 2015 but his exit clause plummeted
from €90 million to €18m after he failed to participate for a stipulated amount of minutes in the 2012-13 season. Speaking in February, the midfielder confirmed he wanted "to get as many minutes as I can" and was disappointed to be a peripheral figure in Barca's midfield behind the likes of Xavi, Andres Iniesta and Cesc Fabregas. However, the buy-out clause is due to return to €90m on August 1
if a deal for him to leave is not completed by then.

The €7.2m wage package prepared by United would see the midfielder's wages tower over those earned by the likes of Phil Jones, Danny Welbeck and Shinji Kagawa, who all earn slightly above €81,000-a-week.
As such, United are keen to push through a cut-price deal for the
22-year-old in the coming weeks, with David Moyes set to officially begin his tenure at Old Trafford on Monday ahead of the first-team squad reporting back for training at Carrington two days later on July 3.

Well...not exactly an average player. He was still "created" by the British media, only, he lived up to the billing.

Op, I repeat again, this time, with more emphasis, YOU ARE A GOAT!

A goat for trying to play with our intelligence with this bullshit of a story.

A He goat for trying to play smart despite giving you a chance to retrace some of the words you used.

A She goat for being so dumb as to continue fighting a lost battle with people who are obviously alot smarter than you are.

Again, I repeat, I call the shots on this thread of yours, not you. It closes when I want it to. Untill then, choke on it whenever you see my reply on this thread.

Arant nonsense.

I actually do not really care who we sign at the moment. I just want to see some activities, dammit! It's becoming frustrating seeing other contenders step up their game in the transfer market.

Again, David Moyes is trying to stamp his authority sooner than I'd expected. He has opted to exchanging a backroom staff that has won several trophies for his own boys who have absoluetly no idea where a trophy cabinet is located.

Maybe am just being paranoid, time will tell.

Symphony007: the vice chancellor of my home state university is in his forties. He came out 4th out of the 5 candidate the state government tested for the job and yet he got the job. Mister, i am not a marketing agent so i ain'nt selling anuthing for you to buy.
Dude, shut the fccck up and stop quoting me.
Go well ahead then. Be her baby dada, and get paid for ur service. Satisfied?

As for the postion of a Dean, I honestly don't know what school you attend. But for you to be a Dean in most recognized Universities, you have to be in that Faculty for atleast 10 years, 7 of which you must have attained your Doctorate. So, cut that bullshit off ur story, or better still, tell the name of the University you talk about. Some of us are quite inquisitive and insatiable when it comes to knowledge. I'l surely want to find out and probably appologise to you, if you deserve any.

My candid advice, concentrate on your damn school work!
PoliticsRe: Why Obama Won't Visit Nigeria - US by Screwface(m): 5:49am On Jun 26, 2013
Abeg, which security him dey yarn again? Over the last 3 month, haven't the US faced almost the same measures of security scares we've been plagued with too? Is anywhere ever truely save??

The truth of the matter is, we truely don't even need him around at the moment. What ever for? Of what benefit is Mr. Obama's visit to Nigeria at the moment? Another avenue for wasting public funds in hosting him, if I may even add.
Will his coming suddely halt the on going political tooth fight between Mr. President and some of his Governors? Or will his 1 day visit to Nigeria suddenly return us to the pinnacle of African politics?

Mr. Obama, welcome to Africa. Nigeria will be fine wtihout your visit, trust me, we sure will.
