valarinz: I've owned both cars (08 pilot though)but still can't compare both at all, XC90 is on another level of comfort for me
The pilot feels too bulky and unbalanced at high speeds too, body falls apart and doesn't age so gracefully.
The engine is silent and the parts are quite cheap, though the XC90 is still cheaper to maintain
The pilot won't forgive u if you use wrong fluids, especially on the tranny, but the XC90 06 model can take a higher level of abuse.
I'll only advise you to leave the XC90 if you're based in some states that makes it very difficult to get parts, if you're in Lagos or environs or the whole of South East, my pick will be the XC90 Can those in Port Harcourt get parts like those in lagos? |

3Tsss: Pls can anyone give advice to a young woman intending on getting Honda element ...does it develop any difficult issues She is making a good choice... I will advice young ladies to go for 3 cars..1 Matrix 2. Honda Element 3.Honda Civic.. The Element is cheap and will serve also when you need to move stuffs. the back seat is for 2 against normal 3 in other cars... But you will have peace of mind from the thieves removing parts from Corolla and Matrix.... Let the person get a well inspected Element by a competent Mechanic and also follow the Manufacturers laid down rules about the oils and parts |

KEVIND: There have only been two times in Nigeria where the heads of the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary were all headed by Northerners. The first time was when General Muhammadu Buhari was a military head of state in 1983. The second time is when General Buhari was inaugurated for a second term. A leopard can't change its spots. We now have the head of the Executive (Buhari) from the Northwest. Head of the Legislature (Lawan) from the Northeast. Head of the Judiciary (CJN Tanko) from the Northeast. As if that is not enough insult on the South, there are 10 law enforcement and intelligence agencies in Nigeria. They are ALL headed by Northerners, including the NPF, NSA, DSS, NIA, DMI, DIA, NPS, NCS, NIS, and EFCC. Bola Tinubu, Rotimi Amaechi and Adams Oshiomhole, clap for yourselves - Reno Omokri You and Reno are just the most lazy people, Just little research will let you know that in 2007 Yaradu’a was the President,David Mark was the Senate President and the CJN that time also was from the North. Stop misleading the public. |

INEC servers and computers is inconsequential to the results. The Constitution only recognises results announced by Electoral Officers. I have been saying this right from the day results were announced... Server has nothing to do with our Electoral Act. |

Atiku should know that our electoral Act did not recognize electronic voting.. Even if He is granted his request it will not have anything to do with the case.... What he is supposed to do is call for the Ballot papers from the states he's having doubt on.... I wish him luck |

But here you are, pointing one finger@ the igbos not knowing 4 are pointing right back@ you. Why are you crying like a new born Baby when you pitch your tenth with PDP... He said that even if all the ACN members voted for Mulikat He will still win the election because the SE house members voted for him against the party zoning. So why are you guys shouting now when the thing didn’t go your way? |
Politics › Re: Why The Southwest Doesn't Deserve The Speakership Position by seanfer(m): 9:01pm On Jun 10, 2019 |
ledamaster: ask tinubu. the post of soeaker was zoned to South west. Gbaja de fraudster and his god father drug barron tilted it ti Tambuwal. You’re blaming Tinubu for what happened in 2011 and praising the SE leaders for leading the region into political oblivion. That’s double standard. You can’t reap where you didn’t sow. |
Politics › Re: Why The Southwest Doesn't Deserve The Speakership Position by seanfer(m): 8:59pm On Jun 10, 2019 |
pazienza: What are you on about. Your Yoruba leader Tinubu orchestrated your loss of the speaker position, he single handly fought Mulikat nomination to a stand still while backing Tambuwal in attempt to lure him to APC from PDP, which worked. And you want PDP to compensate you with other slots allocated to other zones? Funny how you want the West to blame Tinubu for the 2011 speakership lost. But you don’t want to blame the SE leaders for painting APC bad in the SE. You can’t reap where you didn’t sow. |
Politics › Re: Why The Southwest Doesn't Deserve The Speakership Position by seanfer(m): 5:43pm On Jun 10, 2019 |
FearGodinall: . Maybe, you are not updated with realities, the speakership position was zoned to the SW of which if, you are objective, you tell the story so why bring up irrelevant comparism. And when the North won the Speakership zoned to the west. Why can’t the PDP pacify the West with any position? Same PDP members Aligned with the opposition to deny the west the position and the PDP kept quiet |
Politics › Re: Why The Southwest Doesn't Deserve The Speakership Position by seanfer(m): 4:46pm On Jun 10, 2019 |
pazienza: What PDP regimes exactly? Let's dissect your lies!
1999- 2003 = SW Presidency SE Senate presidency 2003-2007= SW Presidency SE Senate presidency 2007-2011= SW Speaker SE Deputy Senate presidency
2007-2015= SW ( PDP zoned the speaker slot to the Zone again, but Tinubu with Yoruba APC support decided to turn against Mrs Mulikat, a Yoruba member of the house chosen by PDP and voted Tambuwal from NE instead, because the SW were hateful of GEJ and were looking for reasons to justify their hate for the man, by claiming he denied them presence in the government, when indeed they were the ones who chose Tambuwal over their own chosen daughter.
SE retained Deputy Senate presidency in the same era, as was in 2003-2007.
From the above, it can be seen that Yoruba (SW) were always given higher post in PDP than SE, for while they had Presidency zoned to them for 8yrs( 1999-2007), SE had to make do with the lower Senate presidency for same duration. Also, while they had the speaker position zoned to them by the party for 8yrs(2007-2015) which they only did 4yrs and decided to out of spite against GEJ, sabotage the remaining 4yrs by voting for Tambuwal over PDP annointed candidate Mulikat from Oyo PDP. SE got zones a lower position than Speaker by the PDP in the same 8yrs, ie Speakership position.
Not that I care about APC SE zone crying like babies, because let's face it, we told them that a people who hate your people can never treat you better than they treat your people. When most of them were naively joining Igbo haters to castigate Ndiigbo and supporting Igbophobic policies of APC, thinking they will be compensated by APC, we warned them as well.
To most Ndiigbo, what is happening to APC SE is Karma and we are actually basking in Schadenfreude feelings on their behalf right now. At least the blatant lies of if SE had produced an APC Senator that they would have been made Senate President and all other lies that were fed those silly Igbo APC card carrying members in 2015, have now been exposed like a lie we(Biafrans) had always known it to be, and warned them about. I don't need all these history you are writing here.. During the 7th republic (2011-2015) it is on record that SE held the positions of Deputy Senate President and also Deputy Speaker... Why can't the PDP zone the Deputy Speaker or Deputy Senate to the West when they lost out in the Speakership slot? Now you want to them to give you on a platter of Gold?..... |

krendo: You mean a status that predates the current 1999 constitution which the current Senate was formed based on?
Stop joking abeg
We need to earn to follow the rules in this country really regardless of who stands to benefit
In any case this will be based on politics in the Srnate and I can see PDP lobbying for DSP If we follow the Status from 1999 then we should not be mentioning the 9th Senate instead 6th senate.. Also are you saying that the former President that was in power in 1979-1983 should not be accord the status of Former president? OUK is a ranking Senator and nothing can change that. This is His second time as a senator of the federal republic. If you have any evidence that He was not in the Senate in 1992/93 please bring it. |

Let no one bore us with marginalisation of south east tomorrow He was in the Senate in 1992/93.... So that makes Him a ranking senator. |
