Mary Odili was among the Panel of justices that sat on the Zamfara governorship case at the supreme court.. Yari (APC) vs Shinkafi (PDP). and she was the one that gave minority judgement in favour of PDP.

Even the APC case involving Magnus Abe VS Tonye Cole both are from rivers state where Mary Odili's husband is a chieftain of PDP.... Mary Odili was among the panel and Her ruling was in favour of Magnus Abe who is sponsored by the PDP led State government in rivers state....

Which would u advise, a car that consumes 20-25k worth of Fuel in a month and additional 30-100k cost of maintenance or a car that consumes less than 15k worth of fuel in a month with additional 30-100k cost of maintenance. If you get a good car you won’t spend 30-100k in months on maintenance. If you’re getting Naija used please go with a competent and trustworthy mechanic to help you inspect it. Please don buy V6 car for now because it consumes more fuel and not all the kazeems can work perfectly on it. Go for 2004 Camry or 2005-2007 Corolla. Less fuel consumption and parts are cheap and readily available. Please get a good car and all you will b doing for now is fueling and servicing for the next 5-6 months and that would have saved you money. Also ask yourself do you really need a car for now?

Im not sure Mary odilli has presided over any political case since she made it to the supreme court. However, you can almost tell she is working behind the scenes. For example, wike and rivers state hardly lose any case of real relevance

Justice Mary Odili excused herself from the case considering that she is from Rivers State and her husband is a PDP member.
This post is only putting to rest the misinformation that Justice Odili was among of the judges in the Wike/Dakuku’s case.

For those making excuse for Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa whose husband, 2 brothers and son are members of the ruling party and have cases in her court and her constituting all the election Appeal court tribunals is not only a conflict of interest but the infliction Of biggest injury on our judiciary and democratic values.

Justice Bulkachuwa must excuse herself from all election related cases and disbanding all the tribunals she constituted as their independence, objectives and fairness to all parties is grossly impaired.

Why are you this dumb? Mary Odili was not even appointed by the CJN because Her Husband is a party to the case. Please tell me why she didn’t excuse herself from the Zamfara case Yari (APC) VS Shinkafi (PDP)... stop this propaganda. Justice Bulkachuwa’s Husband was a rep under PDP and she has sat on matters involving PDP in the past and no complains from your PDP how come it’s now that you’re crying foul. It was under PDP regime that she was appointed to the Appeal court, nobody raised alarm then because Her Husband belongs to the party in power. This Woman’s Husband was a rep member under PDP and nothing was wrong with that, but now that the Husband left PDP and won election under APC they started shouting.
