The customs on SS/SE road is not like Lag/Ibd customs ooo.... All they will do is call the next team ahead of you and before you get there they will cause traffic before you know it those team you left behind is knocking on your window.... This Quotes are too much.. start by looking for 2 other artisans to give you their quotation.... I think the cement shouldn't be more than 120-130 bags.... And the workmanship is too high 400k is good for both parties

Garrison roundabout is big but you can’t do that stunt there without crashing into one of those culverts, I doubt the trans-Amadi also because of the demarcation. If you mention east/west toad then it’s understandable.

I must admit u got good advisers here. My little contribution is, don't ever take a loan for a ride. It is better if u can save up for it. I'm a government worker, I saved up n got a car I can comfortably maintain, thank GOD for that. It's not easy taking care of a car n paying back the loan for d car plus interest. Iyaloja General is the head of all Iyaloja's in Nigeria... She is not just for lagos state alone...... There are Many Iyaloja's in lagos and Nigeria as a whole. My Late grandmother was Iyaloja in Abeokuta Ogun State before she died .... This is not about Tinubu....

For your information Iyaloja and Babaloja has been the traditional heads of any markets in the SW and this has been the tradition for centuries.. If your people are not okay with the decision they should go to Nnewi or Ariaria and start their technological market as you called it. Any markets that selling and buying is taking place in the SW is headed by Babaloja and Iyaloja. When you’re in Rome you abide by the Roman laws.

Get a dedicated bank account for the purpose, make sure you don't apply for ATM, Also be putting any amount you want in the account .... Once you're dedicated you will buy the car before you know it... This worked for me...

I just plastered my project it’s 2 Units of 1 bedroom flat and 1 room self contain. I used 35 bags of cement and 4 loads of sand nothing like plaster addictive. I paid the bricklayer 140,000 for both inside and outside He also hang all the burglaries and the iron doors. This price is too much. The highest you should pay for this is 130-140k and don’t buy more than 5 loads of sand and with 35-40 bags of cement you’re good. Look for 2 other Bricklayers to give you quotation

Not all filling stations sell Synthetic Oil.... Search for Gazzuzz here He will get you all you need and also put you though.

Use recommended oil for engine and transmission... Check the brakes Incase there’s need to replace

I will advice you go for Matrix, it’s more of a mini-SUV. Same maintenance with the Corolla but little peace of mind, and enough cargo space.
