I just plastered my project it’s 2 Units of 1 bedroom flat and 1 room self contain. I used 35 bags of cement and 4 loads of sand nothing like plaster addictive. I paid the bricklayer 140,000 for both inside and outside He also hang all the burglaries and the iron doors. This price is too much. The highest you should pay for this is 130-140k and don’t buy more than 5 loads of sand and with 35-40 bags of cement you’re good. Look for 2 other Bricklayers to give you quotation

Not all filling stations sell Synthetic Oil.... Search for Gazzuzz here He will get you all you need and also put you though.

Use recommended oil for engine and transmission... Check the brakes Incase there’s need to replace

I will advice you go for Matrix, it’s more of a mini-SUV. Same maintenance with the Corolla but little peace of mind, and enough cargo space.

Is the Mielage in KM or Miles?... Average mileage in a year should be between 12,000-15,000 Miles = 19,200 to 24,000KM per year
1.8 Million is a good if the mileage you quoted here is in KM... If it is in miles it is 322,183 in KM... Enjoy your Car at least you know the History of It and don't bother tampering with the Odometer

If I had known what I know now, I would have been using synthetic when I bought the car. But I only got to know about synthetic from Nairaland after I had used it for 4years or more.
My Kazeem said, finding direct Belgium is the problem. That what they have in the market these days are rebuilt engines washed clean and put on sale as tokunbo.

It is prejudice to the power of INEC to issue guidelines. Use of card readers is a valid INEC guideline and since this guideline wasn't challenged before the election, there is no ground to challenge it again after the election.

INEC guidelines are purely pre-election matter.

Go and read the Supreme court Judgement on Rivers Lagos and Akwa-Ibom states 2015 election... The Supreme court ruled that the Card Reader and any form of Electronic devises are alien to both the Electoral act and the constitution.. It's funny when you come here and argue that Inec guidelines is supreme to both electoral act and the constitution.
