Until the nomination forms get to INEC, you can call it double nomination because he’s name is not yet on the contestant’s list. Remember Masari was the name submitted first and as at that 15/7/22 is still the name INEC know as the VP candidate.

When did INEC receive the nomination letter/form of the VP candidate, is is after 15th July or before 15th July?
In law until the nomination forms get to INEC such candidate is not back by law.
If the VP nomination gets to INEC let’s say 16th of July then there’s no case of double nomination.

So Tinubu is the one controlling the Tribunal?
Why not try and do little research on election matters before coming to show your ignorance to the whole world.
