No you're not getting it. Pictures of result sheets taken by INEC show the total votes each candidate got. PO has his own records from all the agents at PUs, he knows how many votes each of his opponents got.

What he needs to do is tell the court that his numbers from his agents correspond to what was on the BVAS which were backed up to INEC server before being configured for the gubernatorial elections

Also are you aware that LP/Obi didn’t have agents in over 41,000 PUs, and INEC already attached a letter to its response to the petition informing the LP about that and the party didn’t get back to them. Please will LP and Obi convince the panel that they win in those PUs?

I think both Atiku and Obi have less than 3 months out of the 6 months the case will be at the tribunal. Do you know how long it will take them to go through those ballots one by one and also the defendants will also want to do same after them. As it stands nothing will come out of the exercise. From 2016 e don’t see any rerun election even at the Governorship level not to talk of presidential election.

Most PDP senators are from the Atiku faction. PDP does not have a single senator from Abia, Enugu, Benue and Oyo.

In politics, the opposition will always counter the moves of the ruling party. Hence the PDP and LP will not support any candidate that gets the endorsement of Tinubu and APC.

If Tinubu supports Orji Uzor Kalu, they will vote for Akpabio. If Tinubu supports Akpabio, they will vote Orji Uzor kalu.

Voting against the decision of the ruling party is strategic for the opposition parties because it will empower them to lobby for chairmanship of juicy committes if they sucessed in determing the senate president.

That is what PDP did in 2015. They made Saraki the senate president and he gave PDP the deputy senate president. If PDP had supported Lawan in 2015, they will not be able to hold him to ransom since he was the choice of APC.

Akpabio is the next SP, Orji Uzor Kalu is going to disgrace himself if he choose to contest against the APC preferred candidate. Senator Barau will become the Senate Leader.
Kalu has never for once hide his treacherous character, he went on a national tv to lie that Lawan is the PMB's candidate for the party ticket and also said if the SE will not have the ticket then the North should continue, he won his seat with over 40,000 votes and Tinubu scored less than 10,000 votes in is state and he intentionally void his vote...
