MetaPhysical: Southern Governors met at this man's state and they reached agreement, all of them, that both parties must zone power rotation to South.
In defiance, his party, PDP left the primary open and Northerner clinched the party flag.
Now this guy has not protested, nor an outcry from him or others about being cheated. Instead, the mumu is flexing about becoming a VP to North.
If North agrees to demands for referendum and an inclusion of secession in the statutory law, many Southerners will oppose it and prefer their slave status under North than to be independent and self-ruling. Okowa is one of such slowpoke saboteurs. Fact a southern candidate can't win presidential election from opposition. If you like agree if you like disagree |

All the same God bless him for this good deed even though we know that it's Lagos state money, but no problem at all, it's better for him to spend it on his people than the northerners. IgOga: Under the electoral act Adamu cannot announce a consensus candidate. Other aspirants have to put it in writing that they agree. So far most of the aspirants have not agreed to that. I am not sure what Adamu is smoking but APC may not have a presidential candidate at the end of the day and that may be good for Nigeria when chief justice Onneghen was removed was due process taken? Probably you hailed the action. Nna lawan is the consensus candidate and you and Tinubu can't do a thing about that. |

I am an Igbo and a core one at that. Truth be told igbos can't win presidential election in Nigeria from opposition party. An igbo man can only stand a chance if he's being projected by the ruling party that's why I am not peturbed with PDP primary election outcome. Tinubu supporters wanted PDP to give their ticked to a southerner so that it will be easier for them that's why they are jittery on atikus emergence. No southerner will defeat atiku in 2023 bookmark this |

Built2last: Question for all of your feeling cool that northerner won the PDP ticket.
Can we flip the coin for a second and use our tiniest brain
If a Southerner had done 8 years in office and political parties fielded another Southerner as party flag bearer, WILL THE NORTH not set Nigeria on Fire. It appears normal because it favours them now.
APC is planning to give their ticket to another Northerner. It appears Normal.
For a second, imagine Osinbajo doing 8 years as a president and ploting to hand over to an Igbo man or someone from Niger Delta.
Will Nigeria not be on fire by now.
The likes of hELL RUFAI would have gone to BBC Hausa to mobilise Northerners that the South is overriding them.
What you won't take from your neighbours, don't do it.
We all know the delay in APC Presidential primaries is that they want to have a consensus candidate and that candidate has to be a Northerner.
and don't come to preach competence to me cause the South is more competent if competence has a meaning in Nigeria
Shame on the likes of Reno Omokri, Orhi Uzo Kalu and FFK who were formerly proponents of fairness and equity now wanting power to remain in the North after 8 years for the sole purpose of selfish interest.
Orji uzo wants Lawan so he can be vice president, Reno wants Atiku so that he can end his political exile and return home with an appointment
FFK na anywhere belle face. I wont be surprised he might be decamping soon back to PDP.
APC wants power to remain in the North because Buhari feels North is more competent and gives them more chances of winning.
Shame and tueh on every southerner endorsing this charade that not a single Northerner will accept if its the south doing it. You are right bro. The north has been acting like they own Nigeria. But your instance isn't acceptable. Why would you use Osinbajo. Assuming Peter Obi does 8 years and Umahi does 8 years as vp and when power comes to the South again ekweremadu start hustling for the ticked again will you keep kwayet!!!! As long as yourubas and south south have decided to be greedy the power can remain in the north. I prefer atiku to any southern president if he's not from South east. If you criticise the north for holding unto power also criticise the south west for doing just that. |

okuta007: with the way things are going - if Atiku emerges and doesn’t give Wike the VP, Wike can bring down PDP and Atiku will get zero votes in the south even in his north he won’t win majority of the votes there - the main PDP voting block of the east is gone with Obi - let’s see how Atiku will win when Seyi Makinde and Bode George (Turn by Turn Nigeria Limited) - key Pdp figures in the west turn against Atiku
Let’s see how Atiku will win middle belt with Samuel Ortom, a personal friend of Wike being against Atiku
If Atiku wins PDP ticket, APC better field Osibanjo or Amaechi if they want to win the general elections because if they make the mistake of fielding Tinubu, there will be voter apathy and the pendulum may just swing in favor of Tinubu because the east won’t vote for Tinubu, they won’t vote for Atiku because of Obi…. and the West won’t vote for Atiku, but wil vote massively for Tinubu… Also, Tinubu wins south south more because Fulani dominance is hated more there - it becomes a zero sum game and the north may hold their nose and give Atiku a slim majority win and the West will vote massively for Tinubu as a shon of the shoil - either one winning is a loss for the Nigerian people Lol Mr analyst Tinubu will contest with sdp and he won't get up to 4 million votes. |

Even the poor and victimized masses of the North should be praying their leaders don’t return to rule. Anybody who's pushing for another southerner to rule apart from the igbos is a hypocrite. It is either Igbo presidency or the north will continue |

Eriokanmi: A fulani will always be a fulani. The onus is on us to be wise in the south. I learnt Ganduje is backtracking on his support for Tinubu. I don't know how true it is. Are you aware of the half a billion wike donated to sotoko as palliative for the disaster that befell them some months ago? How much did atiku or Northern politicians donate? He openly supported this ingrate of a governor in 2019 to run under their platform before atiku hijacked the ticket with dollars. They know how to play their last minute game against us without being remorseful. Awolowo's experience made me believe so. Our politicians are so foolish in the south. We will be wise someday becoming wise starts from supporting Igbo presidency anything outside that is a no no. |
