I won't lie to you, the journey is highly likely to be tough and bumpy. But like I said everything depends on your level of focus and determination.

Remember how alot of people working in the private sector suffered due to lack of monthly salary during COVID-19 lockdown and eventually lost their jobs after the lockdown? Compare that to an FG job that will always pay you even if Nigeria turns upside down.
Private teaching job is less likely to give the chance to further your education compared to a paramilitary job and peradventure it does, they definitely will not keep paying you monthly while you are on study leave compared to the government job.
AnFG job no matter how small is pensionable and being in the system gives the avenue to meet people that can help you get an even bigger and better FG job, it's all about your level of focus and determination.
Don't look at the present or immediate future, play the long game.

Why call him "Mr Masturbator" bro? I went to his thread and I read it all through and believe me, many people are suffering from such issues and even worst sef but will not be able to seek help. And for him to put up that thread shows that he is not proud of it. You are calling him names but he might have a far better life than yours. I saw on his thread that he is Software Developer while you are still looking for a job. Let us learn to be careful with our words oo. You should have countered his position and not called him names because of something that he is trying to quit from. Seriously if I am an employer, I will easily not employ you because of this pettiness. And yes he actually has a point, some people are here to scam job seekers and how best can they gain loyalty aside from dishing out info from time to time, and BOOM!!! the will strike like a thief in the night. Buying and selling slots is a criminal offense under the law. That was how someone was giving info on one thread on the Travel section, only for him to try to scam people after building a "reputation" on this thread. For your information, someone reported Nairaland as a site where job slots are sold and bought and security agents are following threads like this ooo. I heard it this morning from an ICPC friend who is also on Nairaland.

Please do you know how much ICPC pay their level 8 officers?
