Hope this is helpful.Always write an official letter when sending documents explaining why you took such actions.

Well, typically, for people over here, if someone finished high school (secondary school) and for some reason didn't go to university, they could choose to go college instead and get a diploma. This would not be advanced or post graduate. An advanced diploma might refer to one that gives you more than a basic level of learning in a particular area (ie, you go from a basic diploma in French language studies to an advanced diploma, which means your French language skills are now more advanced, for instance. It's not necessarily a post grad qualification). Or if some random person over here(including university graduates) wanted to get a specific practical or technical skill, they could choose to get a college diploma (or certificate) in that area, again not necessarily post graduate. For someone coming as a foreign student who already has an undergraduate degree, it might make more sense to go for a college diploma that is specifically designated as a postgraduate diploma.

kelly4top: It isn't true that when you apply for graduate a co-op program, that the Embassy would not issue you a visa. Remember most undergraduate programs in Engineering are coop programs and they get visas. Coop is part of the study program requirement and need no extra work permit. Your study permit has covered it and I know alot who got visas via coop programs. kelly.

Advance diploma and diploma is the same as post gradate diploma

In colleges Diploma is a 2years program it has a term internship work. For advance diploma is a 3year program it has two term internship work.

It will be better you apply for a diploma program or advance diploma with your 3rd class in colleges better off than thinking of applying another Bsc

Am an advocate of doing things the right way,I won't support anybody on this forum to thread on the part of "forgery" but intellectual lie is quite different from forgery when you forge there is a document to support,but for intellectual lie its the other way....that you told the VO you will come back and you didn't, isn't forgery, because u weren't made to sign any agreement to that effect,which I know doesn't involve any penalty, after-all there is room for PR as an option with conditions after study. Even if you commit an offence lawyers as keepers of "intellectual lies" do advise one not to plead guilty will exception to some cases.
