If you look at his cabinet when he was the governor of Lagos state, it was fully diversified, he gave major cabinet positions to folks from all over Nigeria including the SE, he even pushed PMB to appoint people like Akabueze at the federal level.

His interactions and outreach says a lot about his positive attitude when it comes to diversity, his door is wide open to folks from all over Nigeria.
