I will not personally ask her but watch to know the type of lady she is. She should push even if her strength is small. |
I will pretend as if i was sleeping when we want to start preparing for dinner, leaving my mum and my elder siblings working in the kitchen, argument will start because my grand mother will warn them not to wake me up while my elders will stand on the fact that i was just pretending. i will wake up to urinate when the food is ready. I will firstly be pretending as if i dont want to eat, my grandma will be the one petting me to eat so that hunger dont wake me up in the midnight. Effect: Sometimes I will sleep off only to start angry around the next morning for not waking me up to eat One more. When they send me an errand (mostly visitors), i will tell the seller to keep the balance that i will come back for it, I will now tell who send me that there is no balance, the person will just stylishly tell me to spend it. Effect: one day one stingy woman decided to pass through the place (wrong way) just because of #20, when my mother was seeing her off. On getting there, the seller said "I told him to collect the balance but said he will come for it later" my mum felt ashamed that day that i received a memorable beating when see came back Let me just stop here..........thank God for the sweet memory |
I'm not here for tribal battle. But i want some one that understand the current political game to answer these two questions, because people are boasting of what she is doing as d minister 1. If stella Oduah is from the Kawu Baraje led faction, will she still be the minister today? Y/N 2. Is there nobody among the sacked ministers that performed better than her? Y/N So lets stop fighting each other here when our leaders are sweeping away our treasury. Even as a political party member how much are you gainning compare to them God bless Nigeria |
I will chat with him/her. Ask *The experience being a Nairalander *How he/she got to know about NL *who the person is dating on NL *how addicted the person is to NL |
Nice thread. I managed to wear my own till the end of service year because its less than inferior material. My cap got torn after six months and abandoned it in the corper's lodge The trouser jump to three-quarter after 2nd washing The khaki shirt was used for carrying cement with bike and for other manual labour in our NCCF Jesus corper's logde. The socks got missed up with others in the logde I left the jungle boot inside the big kit box in the logde where past corpers abandoned theirs The rubber crested vest is in my bag. I pray it reach its elastic limit this year. From medium size to XXXL. Proudly 2012 Batch B, Kogi state, Yagba East LGA, Isanlu |
So which of the three (3) positions advertised is advisable to apply for as a university graduate |
Thanks mr Patrick. I will get my CV across to you, so that you can help me cross check it. Helpful editing wil be welcome. abidogunjames@gmail.com |
Due to the recurrent strike action by the various body of our Nigeria universities (ASUU NASU SSANU etc), is it advisable to apply for transcipt and keep it til when it will be needed/demanded to further in study. I came across a particular scholarship programme that I would have love to apply for, but it was stated on the website that the submission of application form with transcript will close on 30th Nov. 2013. Even if ASUU and NASU are on, it can't take less than a month before the transcipt will be ready. Should I go on to apply when the school resume after the strike. Considering the facts that: 1.The name of the institution/company requesting for it must appear on the application letter and will also appear on the sealed envelop 2. Will any institution accept it later if its not addressed to them? Even if it has not been opened 3. If yes, which address should i use to apply. Useful comments are welcome |
I dont know about all these pink, blue, green urine oooo. The two colours i knew in d olden days are white and yellow. White is a sign of good health and yellow is descibed as "o to ba danu" meaning; u urinate fever. A sign that you are recovering from sickness. Anyway good job well done. Thanks for the info |
I cant just imagine how adicted some Nairalander are to this site. U that ought to forget everything including your fiance, account balance, next party, internet etc and focus on God, to be dishing Nigeria problems to him batch by batch, u stil quickly log in to post here. No wonder some christians are also posting their pastor's message during church service. Nairalanders, I hail thee |
God save this country oooo. In Nigeria its only people they caught that are criminal, what of the rest that are successfully playing their game yearly. -If you are caught you are a fake corper, if not you are a future leader. -If politician is caught you are corrupt, if not you are honourable. God bless Nigeria |
1. PROPHESY: where your so called pastor will just tell you something that God said, and you also will just take action immediately (Rom 8:14) 2. GIVING: even though paying of tithe, offering, donations are good and biblical, but the pastor will put it as if, you will die the next minute if you dont pay them, just for their own bank account 3. DRESSING: God is only concern about your heart and not your physical appearance. So therefore anything goes. That is why nudity is well pronounced in church than any where else 4. MARRIAGE: (Prov. 18:22) It is foolishness to think that God will speak to you about your marital partner, you are the one that will see someone you like and go ahead to propose or accept proposal. So God no longer speak to his own. I dont know the version of bible these pastors are reading................... |
Acidosis: The Minister of Transport should resignThere are many things involved in all these calamities. What of Minister for works in charge of road construction, politically influenced contracts, lack of monitoring, careless and reckless travelling....... RIP to the dead and PIR to the living |
Nothing special about it, only if this man can lift all the Ghana-must-go guddy for the Honourables and Senators to impeach Jonathan |
Mobsync: It's funny how we Nigerians reason; no wonder GEJ said he's the world's most hated president. But do we have the same money to do that? Lets tackle our own corruption first, before pointing finger to other people that are even better than us........You also confirm it by the exchange rate Lesson learnt: UK stil value their tradition and culture irrespective of the modernization @Mobsync. Are u a Ladokite (Intimidation we condole not) |
Fingers, they say are not equal. For those of you leaving one job or the other, Please can you help to secure a job in your previous work place. At least for a start as a fresh graduate with no post service experience. I currently reside in Ibadan Course: Agric. Econs and Ext e-mail: abidogunjames@gmail.com Thanks in anticipation |
picoba:Mr full baked SS2 student. "I guess the pilot had is training in Nigeria" is wrong sir. "his training" should be used instead of "is training".............though you can hide under typo error, the same reason you should not pass judgement on anybody |
validplanet: few more questions.Wisdom is profitable to direct. When I go, I will not leave you comfortless, I will send you the Holy spirit who will teach you ALL WHAT TO DO |
Ask for forgiveness and go for Deliverance because there is always a power behind every action. Sex is not only with this our physical body, but there is a blood agreement in the spiritual realm. |
Alfa Seltzer: No. That is what millions of lazy paupers do everyday. Look around you.so people that pray are "lazy paupers" ok oooo key points are: 1. Work and Pray 2. Pray without ceasing- not neccessarily kneeling down 24hrs, but keeping uninterrupted link with your maker |
teetee123: Must everything be Hausa, Ibo, Yoruba? what of the other tribes. I can see that most Nigerians dont even know the tribes of Nigeria and her people? Can you tell me the tribes all these wonderful kids?Sorry Bro. Let me re-write it to please you. Divine Toruemi (Ijaw), Mohammed Kenubu (Urhobo) and David Adekunle (Akoko Edo).......Are you satisfied? Nigeria, second to none in Tribalism |
Have you not read that God love a cheerful giver......God is Love |
Ogbeche77: The Kano state coordinator who made this assertion is a joke, did he conduct a research to arrive at this conclusion? So because a larger percentage of Kano corpers can't communicate in queens english means those in other states can't as well....He just dug out figures from his dansiki..It is a national research and not in Kano only. Instead of checking yourself if you are not among the huge figure and take neccessary action, you are here blaming a career officer in the scheme that relate with corpers everyday. Truly, Truth is bitter |
Ogbeche77: The Kano state coordinator who made this assertion is a joke, did he conduct a research to arrive at this conclusion? So because a larger percentage of Kano corpers can't communicate in queens english means those in other states can't as well....He just dug out figures from his dansiki..not like that sir |
Polchiz: I still insist on seeing the Research Methodology and how they arrived at this figure. As good as your points are, you only demeritted it by boasting and overrating your institution over others in Nigeria. This will only portrait our leaders in Abuja as doing so much for the federal universities (I dont know what ASUU is fighting for then). Why is no single Nigeria university among the best 1000 of the world (not even ABU)..........or u dont believe it (your 2 weeks visit to Ghana will prove that) |
ruffneck: I suggest NYSC conducts aptitude tests for prospective corp members b4 camping!lolAnd people like you will be the first to be shouting bad policy when its been introduce by the scheme. Instead of multiple screening examnations (UTME, Post UTME and now NYSC aptitude test) to get good candidates. Why cant we upgrade the Educational system genarally, so that we can have many competent graduates |
I suggest NYSC conducts aptitude tests for prospective corp members b4 camping!lol[/quote Lets blame the People and not the system |
In the normal sense the life of the boy cannot remain the same after doing that. But dont you know that something is hidden there. The commandant should disclose how much the mother dropped after exchanging contact. So nothing is special again....The mother had actually paid for the slap |
Moderators: To qualify this event as passing out is an inappropriate use of word. It got me thinking someone fainted or died along with others. I know to use the words this way is popular in Nigeria but I believe it is wrong. You can simply say "Rounding up" parade which means conclusion/completion.
@x-factor. The expression is correct. POP (Passing Out Parade) is a registered word in NYSC scheme. "PASSES ON" is the word that means death. Thanks |
Congratz. Wishing u Success as u use the certificate in film location |
Be determine that even all marriages are failing, my own will not fail. be prayerful for God to be in the union. The truth is that people will not be ready to talk negative of themselves in a faceless community like this. |
