The nation needs to globally convince the world IPOB is violent. Now the concept of UGM/ESN is well played out.

Nigeria have to establish the links between them and IPOB to get global acceptance of sort. Hence the car and mouse game of what to call the suspects. Victims,ESN,criminals,UGM etc
