If it’s true she can’t have children, if you truly love her, you will stay with her and adopt children if both of you want kids. What if she has everything and you all marry and still can’t have kids?

The best way to deal with any woman is to show patience. All those arguments you had are the problem. Drop your ego and apologize for ALL the wrong you did and she did to you. Marriage conflicts is not about winning. Buy flowers and soberly go to your wife and apologize. Regardless of what she might say, continue with humility and treat her right.
