Seun, are you going to add a 4th mod? I think this section can use it. THis thread is over a month and half old and 33-pages (of volunteers) long! The section can use it.

Every time I meet with our human resources mod to discuss who to appoint, he starts trying to convince me to follow his direction instead of following my direction. I find that to be very irritating so I have been ignoring him for some time. We need to find a way to resolve this soon.

Oam4j is a fantastic moderator in every way, but he was ineffective against tribalistic trolls like Desola.
That's why I had to appoint sexkillz and afam4ever to help him with what seems to be his area of weakness.

He's not the only moderator, so I think it tells us that OAM4J should help sexkillz to deal with the tribalists that sexkillz missed.

I picked sexkillz for this section because the other mods were not winning the fight against tribalism. And I think he's doing that very well, since perennial tribalists like Desola are not happy. Unfortunately he can't seem to restrain himself from making unnecessarily provocative comments.

There is nothing untidy about natural eyebrows. It is true that some light shaping of the corners may not be so bad, but you ladies are never satisfied with that. You will keep trimming and reshaping the entire eyebrows until there is nothing left. So leave them and let them grow naturally. They will look awesome. Your female friends who have ruined their eyebrows will claim that your natural eyebrows are "untidy" because they want you to go through the same pain and stress that they are going through, but you should just ignore them and do what's best for you.

I just hate the fact that ladies will shave off their perfectly nice and healthy natural eyebrows and replace them with uglier eyebrows that must be drawn every morning. Most of my female acquaintances have done it at one point or the other and their looks have never been improved by it.
