Why not ask the providers? It's their business to know the answer to these questions.

It's possible the case is not settled. Anyway, the man doesn't seem so mature to me.

It'll be easier if you describe the business process you're trying to model.
The answer to your question depends on the details of the problem you're working on.

What did she say precisely? I doubt that she said "there is no God".

Can I have your phone numbers? You can send them to and let's organize a chat and see where things go from there.

How is your Scala?

The FG claims there is no ban on importation of petroleum products:

According to a statement issued and signed by the Agency’s Executive Secretary it states that the Agency is alarmed by reports in some national dailies, that it has been directed by the Federal Government to stop the issuance of import licenses to petroleum products Marketers.

“Ordinarily, we would have ignored such inciting and misleading reports, but for the purposes of putting the facts straight, the Agency has deemed it necessary to state the issues as they truly are.

The Agency has observed with keen interest, the issues being raised on the importation of petroleum products. There is no iota of truth in the statement credited to the Agency that the Federal Government has given a directive preventing the importation of petroleum products.

Indeed, products have been imported into the country in large volumes to meet our national requirements.

The Agency has continued to monitor the supply situation and is taking every step required to ensure that there is no disruption whatsoever in the supply system.

But the marketers claim the FG isn't issuing them import licenses:

Speaking with Saturday Vanguard over the telephone, the Executive Secretary of the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN) stated that the marketers did not suspend importation of products, rather it was the federal government that refuse to issue approval to all marketer, both Majors and Independents alike.

“No import approval has been issued as we speak, and only the NNPC has been authorised to import products into the country, so it is not a collective decision of the marketers as being speculated.”

Meanwhile, there are queues at petrol stations all over the country.
Who is lying? Who's telling the truth? What is really happening here?

I'm confused.  How is banning of fuel importation equivalent to deregulation?

Season 1 and Season 2, I wonder which season was better? The truth is the series wasn't really very good.

You have no common interests, time to move on.

Explanation: failure to privatize.

Poor guy. Your wife is going to Iraq so of course she's going to want to bond with her colleagues.

.NET, that means we would have to use IIS, which in turn means we would have to use Microsoft server. I think dis doesn't satisfy the second criteria of it been cross platform.

You can use Apache and MySQL with .NET, but it's not cross-platform. How about Java/Scala?

Since we're all kissing MVC's ass here, let me add mine. MVC is the entire essence of software development.
The real reason Vista failed is because they didn't implement MVC correctly. MVC is all there is. MVC is God.

Try Google Chrome and you'll change your mind.

The language is Scala, by the way.

Moved to health section.

Her acting skills are all that IMO, she may not be stunning but she is sometimes attractive.

I like her.

My sentiments exactly. She can act, she's likable, and she looks quite nice. What's there not to like?

How about a WAR file?

Happy Birthday!!

I checked the wikipedia MVC page again and it seems the term has been redefined based on its erstwhile erroneous current usage, and not what it meant when the pattern was invented in the Smalltalk community.

If we define MVC based on what is there now, my argument fails completely. (If people use a term wrongly for a long time, it becomes correct. I guess that's how language evolves). So you're right, I guess.

candylips:
Any programmer that doesn't know or learn this pattern is a joke coder

It appears you didn't read what I wrote. What most people call MVC is not MVC at all.
The real MVC is not that widely applicable, and hence not very important. Whatever.

candylips:
I am still waiting for that day when i will see a meaningful post on this programming section.

Is this meaningful??

A lot of time people say "MVC" when they really mean to say "separate your data access layer (SQL stuff) from your display layer (HTML, Javascript) and use a control layer (unique to your application) to glue them together." In other words, modular programming. MVC is a narrow term that is not applicable in most situations, but the idea of separating your data access from the UI is very sound and very important.

What is the source of this rumor?

The evidence is not very compelling.
