My concern is why defend and re-elect a party that is not performing because of sentiment, it is not necessary to vote a party dominated by the tribes you hate, you can easily vote nearest alternative like apga, ppa, aac or whatever just get rid of under performing governors.

By virtue of my MDGs assignment, I v traveled round this country and I can confidently tell you the best leaders in Nigeria comes from north, they have their own bad side but performance wise they are better than majority of our leaders here. You may be bias or probably you are the one who have not traveled round but I can tell you that it is not only Rochas whose is under performing in Southeast but it is Rochas you people hate most because of his party and antics. Tell me with all sincerity who you can compare Abia state governor with?

Go to gombe, katsina, sokoto etc and see what their governors are doing irrespective of the political party, when I visited Bauchi last time, the guys were complaining that he has not done anything and they are ready to vote him out and that is what is happening right now. Our problem down south is hypocrisy, once a political party appeals to our sentiment ( religious and ethnic) we close our eyes to their evil and blame everything on the party we hate or one northerner, No matter the good of the party we hate, it is bad and no matter the evil of the party we love, it is good yet we claim northerners are illetrate and we are educated. If not tell me why Bayelsa will be this backward yet they collect 10x katsina's allocation but are far behind katsina in terms of infrastructure, b4 u say it was done by the millitary or president, let me remind you that katsina infrastructural revolution started under Yaradua while other governors added to it. Same thing with Gombe, Bauchi, jegawa, sokoto etc.

Like I v said, we want O to ge in Lagos but not PDP, we will do the O to ge when we see credible alternative.

Exactly my thought, PDP has not been good news in South West, even southern Nigeria in general have not really benefited in PDP except Akwa ibom and probably rivers state any others state are greatly behind. In as much as I wants another party to take over Lagos for the sake of healthy political competition and fresh idea and direction, PDP is not an option by judging from their past in Osun, Oyo etc
I looked at the people shouting O to ge for Lagos and I'm surprised that they are not shouting O to ge for PDP in the state like Abia, Eboyin, Delta, Bayelsa etc that has nothing to show for their allocation yet they want same O to ge in farward matching Lagos.
We want O to ge in Lagos but until we have credible alternative but not PDP.

From the comments I read on this thread, it is obvious many Nigerians really don't know their left from right except tribal and religious bigotry. I'm only happy for Kwarans, I grew up in kwara and Saraki is a very bad example of Godfatherism. Under him kwara has remain the same since 2003 when he took over from Muhammed Lawal instead of kwara to improve, Saraki's pocket only improved on monthly bases. People compare Tinubu and Saraki and want the same thing for Tinubu, even though I don't like Tinubu and his antics but no one including the worst enemy of APC or Tinubu can deny the fact that Lagos is the most improved and consistent states in southern part of Nigeria except probably Akwa ibom and nobody can deny that Lagos doesn't start and execute projects upon projects since 1999 but kwara in not the case all states that shares baundries with kwara except kogi has good roads but when you get to kwara side, u will get a very bad road. The only 2 projects I can attribute to saraki's 16 years rule of kwara are kwara state university and over head bridge in post office.

Leave all this epistle, I can attribute this to what I call second term plague.

Most Nigerian politician may work in their first term but their second is always for themselves. They will perfome and humble themself in their first term so as to get re-elected for the second term and after getting their second term they starts to take people for granted, stealing will be uncontrollable and will reck the state, that is why I don't support people for second term.
Oyo dont give people second term, even Bola Ige that rose under Awolowo did not get second term but this buffoon was very lucky to get second and still misbehave.
