Good morning baba God, pls your son is calling on you this morning, make money my friend. |
ladykolly:I don't have enough information but I'm living close to the orphanage home, I know how development control operates and the prevailing challenges in the area. I duduce the propable cause based on my expirience in the area. The publisher of the video likely gave halve information to achieve certain objective. |
chloride6: Chigold101:I know the place very well, it is on Arab road kubwa. From the looks of things, I suspect either of the two scenerio. 1} The plot is under dispute, most area council allocation in Abuja has high chance of having dispute and that area of kubwa is notorious for that. The demolition job looks like dispute demolition because the fence was first pulled down which indicate that the orphange home has lost in court and the fence was pulled down as a warning for the orphanage to vacate the plot and after a given time has ellaps, final demolition was done. The fence was pulled down like 6months ago while the final demolition was likely done on Monday which indicate dispute. 2} The layout is commercial light industry, the land use was later changed to residential high density. The orphanage home built classroom and some houses which in not in conformity of the specific land use of that layout and development control moved in to enforce that. Either way I sympathize with the orphanage home, I know them very well infact I v given them something in the past but if it is based on any of the two scenerio, the development control are just doing their job but knowing Abuja and development control very well, they will not demolish that orphanage home based on 2nd scenerio because that orphanage home has been there for a very long time and they did not do anything to it, development control really don't enforce landuse development with full force in satalite towns and on layout that is not Fcda because most area council don't have credible landuse design policy. I believe the publisher of this news deliberately gives half information to blame development control and the land where the orphanage was built on was in dispute and they v lost in court which prompt court to order development control to demolish their home. |

Uhmmmm!!!! |
Honestly we needs this in all sector in Nigeria. |
Blue3k:Two major giants in west africa(Nigeria and Ghana) are too careful of opening their borders because of job loss and they also sign individual trade agreement with out consideration to others, for instance Nigeria was being careful to sign some trade agreement with China, USA and EU but Ghana quickly signed it because of aid and international political gain. Nigeria has been kind to other west African niehbours but they turn their countries to dumping ground for foreign goods which in turn kills Nigeria industries, imagine the gain we have made in rice, vegetable oil, tomatos paste, noodles, pastas, furniture, poultry and fish even automotive industries, benin Republic has been sabotaging those gains for more than 30yrs by acting as a transit route into Nigeria until last four years when this government took a strong stands on it. For west africa to have serious trade integration, all the countries must have a clause that prevent selfish and individual decisions that will sabotaged job creation and industrial capacity within the region. |

Defection: PDP speaks on Jimi Agbaje’s alleged dumping of party dailypost.ng The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Lagos State has reacted to the rumour making the rounds about its governorship candidate in the just concluded election, Jimi Agbaje dumping the party. The party has now dismissed the claim. PDP’s reaction came in a statement by the State Secretary of the party, Prince Muiz Dosumu. The story emerged on Wednesday about Agbaje’s defection and resignation from partisan politics. But in a terse statement issued to reporters on Wednesday, the Lagos PDP said: “This is to disclaim the rumour going round, that our governorship candidate, Mr Olujimi Agbaje, has left the PDP. “This is an absolute fallacy and could only have happened in the imagination of the rumour peddler. “Our great leader, Chief Olabode George, has embarked on serious peace initiative to foster unity in the Party. “We cannot afford to start again as we usually do, battles after every election, till another one. “Please help foster unity and peace in the party and not another war.” dailypost.ng http://dailypost.ng/2019/03/20/defection-pdp-speaks-jimi-agbajes-alleged-dumping-party/amp/

kaypling:They should first change PDP in Abia, Bayelsa, Delta etc, that is when we will know they actually want Lagos for good. Lagos is doing far better than all the state controlled by PDP in the south despite many of them have silimar or better allocation than Lagos, yet the hypocrite does not see any reason to complain about it. Imagine if that delta school was APC state, our Facebook page would have been filled with all sorts of propaganda, hate speech, tribalism, name calling but since it was their beloved PDP, everybody just keep quiet and pretend that dilapitated school does not exist except the girl. |
Jayslicky:Fine!!! let's pretend your analysis is true, kindly tell me any success PDP as gained apart from akwa ibom to encourage people to vote for PDP in Lagos if not for same sentiment that made you people to vote repeated failure in Abia, Delta, Bayelsa etc. PDP in Lagos share money meant for campaign will not just corner money meant for infrastructure but mortgage the state as well. |
Thank God my money is not part of church contribution that pastors used for show off and oppresses members every church service, I'm proud to say that my money is what Okada riders, taxi drivers, pure water sellers, market woman put together as profits to send their children to school. |

ejembi28:Pls don't blame the Goverment, blame sentiment filled people who stubbornly refused to open their own eyes to see that their major problem is right at their own backyard. |
KendrickAyomide:Thank you, diversionary tactics, they wants to divert people's attention away from real deal and find somebody to blame. I don't blame them, I only blame so called educated south who only votes based on sentiment and hate otherwise their is no reason to vote PDP in delta, Bayelsa, Abia etc. For God's sake nobody ask them to vote APC but they should change that evil party to another nearest party to them and this same hypocrite are the one shouting Lagos must change. |

HigherEd:I doubt it will be impossible, dangote sugar (Savanah sugar company) in Numan has 2 single 950 megawatt power plant, everything Dangote generates in that factory is 1900 megawatt with just 2 turbine using sugar cane waste to generate steam for the turbine. |
fayahsoul:Honestly that is my fear about all this modern agricultural and food production, they are full of chemical, steroid, hormones which will cause different kinds of organ failure, cancer, hormonal disorder etc. It is even common in poultry, sometimes you eat chicken or turkey and it will not even taste like chicken, fish also taste somehow now a days. |

Mcy56:My Anger is about some non Yorubas who wanted him to win Lagos by all means just because of the party he belongs and they refused to change unproductive governors in their state such as Abia and Delta. |
