I know this year is a battle year for phones. Anyway my fingers are crossed, I'm looking for the best value for money super phone. Poco f2 was on my mind but the news I'm hearing is not too good, how will flagship killer not carries snapdragon 855? I heard it will still retain Snapdragon 845.

The beauty of the phone is beyond the price, I don't know why OEM like this don't have interest in Nigeria. The OEM that has interest in Nigeria are not loyal, they are the same as Nigerian politician who is only our friend just to steal us dry.

I think we really need this in Nigeria, a country where 80% of the youth can't use their brain to differenciate fake news from genuine news, they just share, rebroadcast and spread it provided it sooth their own myopic and sentimental narrative.

I know Bashir babale very well, even though most northern senators and rep members are down to earth, simple and accessible unlike our almighty southern senators and house of rep that sees themselves as God, Bashir babale is exceptionally simple, he is so simple that you will see him with road side mechanic repairing his car and gisting about Nigerian politics with them. Till today his mechanic and the people around don't know he is house of rep member. I wish someone can just hint them but not me.
Politics › Re: Hypocrisy? See Reno Omokri Support CBN Governor's "Suspension" In 2014. by seunfly: 10:38pm On Jan 26, 2019
alezzy13:
Both were wrong there is no doubt about. GEJ should not have removed SLS the way he did, and PMB should not have suspended the CJN

However to put the governor of CBN on the same pedestal as the CJN is plain silly. CJN heads an independent arm of govt; he is the fifth most powerful Nigerian after speaker, fo cryin out loud!!!!! CBN is more or less an appendage of the finance ministry.

Can PMB suspend the speaker of the house or the Senate president? Can the Senate president suspend d executive?? So why do we justify this brazen act of tyranny?
Justice Ayo Salami was also the president of Court of appeal, a judiciary that Indipendent of executive, yet Jonathan suspend him. The same people shouting about the death of democracy today were jubilation when Sanusi was suspended despite the fact that he was the one that leaked how billions of $ was diverted by Minister of finance and minister of petroleum.

I don't support any of the actions but our hypocrisy is too much down south. We called Jonathan hero for doing this and we are calling Buhari a tyrant for doing just once what Jonathan did twice.
Politics › Re: Charlyboy, protesters storm US Embassy over Buhari’s removal of CJN Onnoghen by seunfly:
sureheaven:
When GEJ suspended Sanusi, we asked, what about 2/3rd required from the Senate to remove him? they said, suspension is not the same thing as sack. Emefiele was appointed and confirmed almost immediately by the Senate while SLS investigation was ongoing. No uproar from PDP, Senate or social media noise makers.

GEJ suspended President of Court of appeal, Ayo Salami, against NJC recommendations and several court orders. No uproar or protests. When you ask them about GEJ today, they call him a hero of democracy for conceding defeat in an election he lost woefully after several rigging attempts.

PMB today is a tyrant for obeying a CCT court order. Well, the CJN is suspended not sacked. Nigerians actually deserve the leaders and citizens around them. A civil servant who happened to be an arbiter of the law, has an undeclared $3m in his bank accounts, several houses, claiming he forgot to mention almost N1billion in his assets declaration form and you expect us to look the other way because of the political optics? Something is doing you. You are Nigeria's problem, yes You! . You deserve your leaders and fellow citizens. Couldn't be happier that I got out early.
Even though I don't supports the actions of the president with respect to onnoghen, however the hypocrisy among the southerner is very hight. We celebrates when their brother do things with impunity while we shout democracy is at risk when somebody else does it.

Buhari has finally killed democracy...southerners in his cabinet should hide their heads in shame
It is really a bad omen, but what did you guys said when Jonathan did the same to justice Ayo Salami.

Every bad thing you do, you just creates precedence for somebody else to do same.

When Jonathan did it 4years ago, you people were jubilating that PDP's headache at appeal court has been removed, now APC's headachead in judiciary has also been removed we are threatening fire.
When Sanusi was forcefully removed by Jonathan because he revealed about $30 billion missing, I could recalled you people on nairaland were also jubilating, democracy did not die them.

All the same I did not support and never will encourage it.

How is printing one form your headache? How many forms were printed for Buhari? Anyhow a party conducts its primaries provided INEC witness it, and the stakeholders agree, it is valid in law and politics.
No!!! that is not my headache, I'm only saying it has never happened b4 and what would have happened if it was opposition party that this happened to.

My concern is how Nigerians react to lawless behavior of who they like and who they hates.
Sometimes lawless behavior is good in the eyes of supporters or it is not a case to consider at all.
However they will screen kill him/her if they don't support such person.

The fact that your brain doesn't function well, shouldn't make institutions of Government fold. You were insane when PDP government allows Court deliver a judgment that produced the clown called Oshiomole in Edo and allow free and fair election in Osun. Above all, PDP handed over power to the terrorists party
What happened to that judge?
Where is the judge now?
What is the difference btw the judge and onnoneghen?
Are u telling me PDP bought INEC the same way PDP alleged that ACN bought the man before pushing the man out same way APC is trying to push Ononoghen out.

There Is no argument abegi. INEC affirmed that APC didn't hold primaries and therefore doesn't have candidates.
Yes and I praise them and this government for that because this will never ever under PDP that prints just one presidential form.

Religion, ethnicity or political affiliation. These are why Nigeria found it too hard to revolutionise, grew, and live in peace and above all love they neighbour. These divides is what is bringing Nigera to her kneel.
Those 3 things takes away common sense from man, people simply lose their ability to reason once any of this things comes into play. Emotions sets in and ability to think with sense evaporates.

For this reasons, my hope for great Nigeria does not exist except the next generation can remedy it, but this generation has lost it.

Consensus candidacy iss a valid primary. The issue with zamfara is that they didn't conduct any.INEC didn't witness any and the stakeholders didn't agree on any.
Printing one presidential form is a legitimate primaryhuh
Bros, let's leave it like that.

INEC did not disqualify APC candidates. The problem is that APC simply refused to conduct primaries in zamfara state. U may try to update urself.
Lol!!! Is this case the first case politacal parties will not conduct primary?
PDP is the master of conseus candidate and nothing has happened.

I'm not here to take side, I'm only saying the truth from neutral point of view.
It is always good to be objective in thinking and argument, taking side always blind our eyes and at the end we will still be the one to cry later.

You think INEC took those decisions because anybody was looking at them? Those decision were taken b4 political scene becomes hot like this.

If it was so, why is PDP shouting about rigging?

One major bad state of Nigeria as a country is lawlessness. If you break the law prepare to face the punishment
Hipocricy is another major issues, the masses that has nothing to gain from lawless behavior of the elite will join hands to shout blue blood if law tries to catch up with them. They either use religion, ethnicity or political affiliation to mobilize the idiots on their side and the fools will follow without asking questions.

Some times I feel Buhari doesn't influence all this agencies to do things, other wise how could INEC deliberately refused APC's candidates in some states knowing fully well it is a direct gift to PDP. I think people only make noice if those things involves PDP otherwise I can't fantom what would have happened by now if it was PDP's candidates that INEC deliberately disqualified like that and I don't think this will ever happen if it was PDP government.

Why does Nigeria Goverment always feel happy to pump so much billions on private Company Properties than to build More of Government own for the benefit of the State.. Waayo Government!!!
Because civil servant will kill the investment.
Goverment all over the world subsidized many private companies, Canada subsidizes bombardier and many other company in Canada while America subsidizes Boeing and many other company. Many countries does the same thing. This policy of non subsidizing our local companies was the first policy IMF uses to paralised most African indigenious companies in the 70s, it put such companies at disadvantage at international market.

not tribalism Obj/Atiku really dealt with Ibeto, and such man can never support Atiku, cos as an igbo man I can't even support Atiku.
No need to play victim card, Ibeto tried to play smart. Was Ibeto the only cement producer at that time? Why was Ibeto targeted?
Ibeto did not have issues because he was igbo man, he had issues because he played smart by deviating from backward integration agreement signed by all major cement importers and federal government.

Federal government gave all cement importers a quotas of cement to import and then reverse it to locally manufactured cement which all others producers complied with while Ibeto renaged and he was sutchanging other manufacturers because it was more profitable to bagged cement than produce cement then.

You people tends to quickly takes side once it involves igbos, that is why criminals will quickly play victim card because he knows his people will gladly support him. The case of Innoson is still fresh on our mind.
