On the issue of DNA, I feel men should make it compulsory even if u are not suspecting your wife. Expiriences I v seen from my childhood has taught me lesson that DNA test is a must. If 25% children born in 80s and early 90s could fail DNA, what assurance do we have that 50% will not fail the test in this generation.

My advice to men is to keep 50k to 100k DNA money for corner, once their wife delivers, they can secretly do it b4 even naming the child to avoid uneccessary cry.

Imagine 2016 unwanted processor in 2019 phones, even mediatek has forgotten they produced such processor.

I guess tecno don't even needs to negotiate with mediatek to buy those chips, tecno will just give mediatek any amount they wish and they will carthaway available chips. Otherwise I don't see any reason a reasonable company will go back to 2016 chips.

I'm a member of Dunamis but I don't close my eyes to the truth. Any average Joe with knowledge of phone spec can determine or speculate a price of any phone. That is why phone enthusiasts are able to guess price of phones b4 the company releases official price. All phone component are sold at the same price for OEM, processor, software, camera sensors, ram, rom, screen, glass panel etc are sold to phone makers at a common price.

Doing or getting better is an ever on-going process. No one ever arrives when trying to do better. Tecno dey try, they are doing well and we can only keep expecting more from them.

Doing better is their choice viz-a-viz competition they re facing, those component are in existence ( the ram, processor, the rom, the OS in this case android, the camera sensors and other technology associated) non of which is invented/manufactured by tecno, all they need is to assemble them together as they deemed fit. In this case it is not a case of unavailability of better specs for tecno, it is a case of tecno decision to use inferior specs. So the case of getting better is a matter of choice and priority for tecno not capability.

However my own concern with tecno is not about improvement in spec, I feel tecno has done its research and they feel the spec they pushed out is what Nigerians deserve, my concern is about pricing per specs. Tecno pricing per spec is very high if you compare with other OEM, the specs does not justify the price at all.
It is like selling bycircle for the price of motorbike all because people are too ignorant.
Tell me one tecno model with price and I will tell you 2 or 3 far better phones in terms of spec that is cheaper than that model.


To make the matter worst, tecno and other OEM paid the same price for all this component yet tecno is more expensive than others.
