Man u is playing good passing football but lacks quick pace which is good for a player like dimaria because he is very quick and best dribbler.

Their defence has improved alot. Only if they improve their attacking machinery by increasing the pace goals will come in an easy manner.

Januzaj lacks pace and physical presence.Best wishes to the fc.

After the transfer market, raise
your hands if you had Manchester
United at 7th place and Arsenal at
6th. Not many of you, as I thought.

Arsenal played well last season and seemed as if they were a piece or two away from contention while United were rebuilding, and they did with huge transfers such as Falcao, Rojo,
Blind, etc.

They made a splash and along with Van Gaal at coach, it seemed as a very quick comeback was in the making. Fast forward a few months, and they have both disappointed.

Arsenal doesn’t know how to finish games and both teams are filled with injuries. After the break, the match

Manchester United Daley Blind, David de Gea, Michael Carrick, Angel di Maria, Luke Shaw, Marcos Rojo, Rafael, Ashley Young, Phil Jones, Radamel Falcao, Jonny Evans, Jesse Lingard. That’s a lot.

sarcasm). Even though he had a good spell with France’s U-21 team, he isn’t ready and even less against a team that might not be at its best right now but always gives Arsenal a fight. I expect Arsenal to attack some gaps.

1) It ain’t De Gea so SHOOT: Odds are we see Lindegaard at goalkeeper, and that means shoot.
He isn’t a bad goalkeeper but De
Gea has shown why he’s become
the starter. Exploit a hole and get
to the goalkeeper because it will also be easier to get through than
usual, which leads to my second
point.

2) Weak, depleted defense. Alexis and Walcott are fast. The United defense? Not so much. No Rojo and no Blind means less speed and less physicality on the back side of the field which leads to a huge hole which our play makers must exploit. If the team is
constantly attacking, the ball stays
away from Van Persie and Rooney. Even thought this team has more
holes than Swiss cheese (bad joke I
know, sue me) it is not going to be
easy. And Arsenal isn’t in the best
of shape.

Match Preview

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal faces a defensive headache ahead of Crystal Palace's Barclays Premier League visit to Old Trafford on Saturday.

Van Gaal saw his 10-man United side beaten by rivals Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium last weekend, with Chris Smalling dismissed in the first half for a second bookable offence.

Marcos Rojo, United's other starting centre-back in the derby, was also forced to leave the field with a suspected dislocated shoulder, meaning Van Gaal is set to be forced into a reshuffle at the back this weekend.

Injuries have been an almost constant problem for the Dutchman early in his United tenure, with Michael Carrick - fit again following a lengthy lay-off of his own - one potential option to come into defence.

United were four matches unbeaten prior to their derby defeat and Carrick is ready to slot in at the back if required to help get his side back on track. "[Defence] is not something I have played [in] an awful lot.

I have had spells of it over the years
playing two or three or four games in a season," the England international said.

"If I need to play there then fine - I have not had a lot of footballrecently so I will play anywhere. "I think we have different options and can play different formations.

We have a good variety now. We just need to get players fit and have more options to choose from." Palace lost home and away against United last term and head into this weekend's match sitting outside the BPL relegation zone on goals scored.

Mile Jedinak was sent off as Neil Warnock's men lost 3-1 to Sunderland on Monday, extending their winless streak to four matches.

Ahead of what promises to be a difficult trip to Manchester without captain Jedinak, Warnock is under no illusions as to the size of the task Palace face, even taking into account Van Gaal's defensive worries.

"We're not going to get a tougher place to go than Old Trafford without Jedinak.

It will be interesting just to see how we get on without him," said the Palace manager on Thursday. "We're going to be under pressure even with him in the team, so without him I'm looking forward to seeing how the lads cope because he is an important player for us. "

They [United] have got one or two problems but I think every club has problems here, there and everywhere.

"No doubt they will solve those in January and spend a few more quid, but they've got some fabulous players.

"When you play against teams like Chelsea, Man City and Man Utd, you can't say you can stop him and stop him. The threats are everywhere.

Ashley Young (groin), Phil Jones (calf), Radamel Falcao (calf) and Jesse Lingard (knee) are all set to
remain unavailable for the hosts, while Jonny Evans (ankle) is also expected to miss out.

African champions Nigeria could be
thrown out of international football
by the governing body of the sport,
Fifa, this week.

The football federation of the West
African nation, the NFF, has been
given a deadline of Monday, October
27, 2014 to resolve its governance
issue or face automatic suspension
from Fifa.

Caf president was quoted in a
statement from the NFF saying to
the Nigeria sports minister, Dr
Tammy Danagogo: “I had to plead
passionately with Fifa President, Mr
Sepp Blatter not to take action on Nigeria on Friday, because Nigeria
was in the final of the African
Women Championship and a ban on
your country would have been bad
for the competition and our sponsors.

We all heard the news of the court ruling on Thursday, and the football world is angry with Nigeria.

That is the truth. “The Fifa letter that came to your federation before the elections of September 30 was very clear about an automatic suspension should there be any interference with the political process, and after the elections went ahead, we all thought you had settled your issues.”

A Federal High Court sitting in Jos
and presided over by Justice Ambrose Allagoa had last Thursday week declared the elections of September 30, 2014 that brought the Amaju Pinnick executive committee into office as null and void.

The court also warned the troubled
NFF executive committee to quit
parading itself as the country's
football authority which has led to
the Chris Giwa group that filed the
suit to stake claim as being the authentic executive committee of
troubled Nigeria's FA.

The governance crisis was further
heated on Friday when it emerged
that Pinnick was stopped at the
Murtala Mohammed International
Airport in Lagos from travelling to
Namibia for the African Women Championship (AWC) final between
Nigeria and Cameroon following the
court ruling.

The Pinnick-led NFF has already
claimed that it has filed a stay of
execution on the ruling by the court
in Jos, which will be heard this
Wednesday.

Fifa and Caf say they recognise the
elections of Pinnick and his executive
committee and even congratulated
him on emerging the NFF president.

But Nigeria, who hold the men's and
women's titles in the Africa Cup of
Nations and AWC respectively, now
risk missing out in a handful of 2015
international tournaments as Fifa
will not revisit any sanction meted out on the country's FA until May
2015 when the Fifa congress holds in
Zurich, Switzerland.
