President Goodluck Jonathan has asked the Senate for approval to rename three federal universities. Question for those against this argument: was there need for consultation with the university community especially the management before making the change remembering this is democracy. Honouring Abiola to ♍ƺ is on point, but the issue is the manner in which our GCFR and his 'cabal' go about making decisions for the majority of the citizen without putting them in the picture. Remember the January 1st broadcast...must Nigerians alwayz expect a shocker any time d president want to address the nation. Consultation! Consultation!! Consultation!!! It is simply pathetic!! |
