The first one

One girl on another table that doesn’t know them n they don’t know him just said “na u go suffer am”……..na so one man from d 3 guys just stood up n told the girl

Therefore, the highest number of votes will have a re-run, that is the reason POs number is being slashed with high margine to reduce his chances of the re-run. Technically, it will make things feel it is fair. As it stands, none of the candidates will win even 16 states at a go or even get 25% in 24 states, only rigging can make it work. INEC is trying to be smart here.

I've been having issues with guys for years now, especially with guys I sleep with.
