I want to add graphics design to my profile on upwork as well, Can I be able to use same account to do that? since I choose a email copywriting niche which is not related to graphics.

Yeah, that's why many top freelancers won't recommend Upwork for us, the beginners.

Even their service charge 20% is on the high side. The only good thing about them is that you'll see enough jobs to apply to.

Hopefully, you'll get a job before you exhaust your free connects.

Upwork kis much better than fiverr and the jobs there are better paying. They're much more stringent than fiverr, and the jobs are more professional. I've not been able to break into upwork though. Just had 2 jobs there. A friend of mine made 900k from upwork last month

No doubt, fiverr is very frustrating and that 20% they collect is very annoying. I have a US account and a Nigerian account. I used to think it's a problem to be Nigerian. While I think I would've gotten more orders in my Nigerian account if it were a foreign account, I noticed people are more interested in your ratings and reviews.
If you can buy a few reviews, it'll help. I've never had to buy but you can try it

Also, change this "You want the best? you found the Best" to something more related to the services you offer

Try working on fiverr. If you have any ICT skill, it'll really help you. I started freelancing on fiverr and it's still helping me till date. You can make more than 500k a month if you're good

I missed the 2016 thread, I am gonna follow this one bomber to bomber. to those that are taking those tips for granted, people are paying to get less of what we are getting for free. I went through the 2016 thread December last year from the beginning to the end and I saw that people that knew nothing about making money online started making cool cash, I used part of the knowledge to set up my fiverr account. Alot of things have changed and had nobody to guide me through some certain things then boom, boss Venzal started another thread. I personally encourage everyone to take this thread very serious, this might just be your financial breakthrough. To Venzal, may God continue to enrich you in more wisdom and understanding, your type is rare.

I dey o. We all experienced the purge. My first account was disabled in 2018 with 400+ reviews. I opened another one immediately and I have done close to 1000 jobs on it.

I don't know if this is true, but I opened different accounts back then and when Fiverr disabled my first account in 2018 I just continued with one of the dormant accounts I opened in 2016.

I am thinking for the fact that it's an old account it has more leverage to rank compared to newly opened accounts

400+ reviews and account got disabled. shebi I no go run mad ni, just praying to get their too, I guess getting a first review is the hardest thing

Description —what you need to do is to study other gigs on logo design. Write down any points in their description that catches your eye (because that's exactly what will draw your clients' in, your reviews and portfolio too), then rewrite those points using your own words.

PS: I have find that writing argumentative kind of description sells. Since I changed my description two years ago, clients come in to debate it with me, I end up convincing them.

Also, dramatize the benefits of having a good logo. It took me a week to write my description, so spend time here. And when you get it right, you will know.

Copy the tags of high ranking gigs.

Change your gig image to something customized.

Have the best samples of your work readily available and bid on on buyer's requests (if you have the feature)

Advertise your services to people on Quora, LinkedIn, twitter etc. (I no do this one sha)
