For Nigeria applicants applying from Nigeria any time from very close to summer, during summer to late in the year, paper route trumps the online route in terms of speedy processing time, please.

I do not have a valid US visa neither have I been to the US in the past 10 years. I submitted my biometrics on 13th June, 2019.. Got a correspondence letter on 19th and PPR on 20th June.

I guess it's due to the country and the purpose of visit but generally I think the online route is faster (was stated on their site)

The embassy tends to receive so many applications during summer so I guess that's another reason for the slow process.

Flat-sour spoilage is is associated with low acid canned foods (meat, milk etc.) and it is caused by thermophilic sporeformers. A great example is Bacillus stearothermophilus. This spoilage is as a result of deficient processing. The activities of these sporeformers cause the pH of the canned food (>4.6) to fall and the food tastes sour.

Canned foods that fall under this category (low acid) are best treated with highest heat.
