If I was a politician in Naija hoarding billions, you think I would take heed to people writing articles about how much I stole or what other nations thought of my country? I would simply spin it one way or the other. If I knew the people of my state/country I was stealing the money from could end my life tommorrow or overthrow me I would think twice.

Politicians in the USA do not steal money not because they are honest (no politician is) it is because there are consequences.

That never happened either. What right does any nation have to tell another nation what technology they should have or not have? We went to Iraq because Saddam was thought to have the bomb. Even if he did so what? You think he is some mad man who would just go around bombing other nations like some beheaded chicken?

Again the only nation to ever use the bomb was the USA. And they used it on a non nuclear country. Against a completely civilian population (not a military target). I believe every nation including Nigeria should be nuclear. Its the only way to nullify the bullying power it has that nations like USA and Israel use to bully other nations into submission.

I find it funny when we Americans say if so and so nation gets it they will use it on so and so. Its so Ironic and funny coming from us, the nation that used it twice in a row. That is also not true. The south side of the building received severe damage from falling debris which came from the collapsing WTC towers.

that picture shows that every other tower had debris fall on it. Yet WTC 3, 4 5 or 6 caught fire and collapsed. And those where closer to the towers 1 and 2 than 7. 7 was the furthest out. Cmon.

there have been steel column buildings that caught fire and stood for days. If we say ok, the impact of the planes caused the structural members of wtc 1 and 2 to weaken then fine.

But nothing hit WTC 7, it was the furthest away. The closer towers did not come tumbling down yet the furthest building out collapses on its own? How did it catch fire in the first place and how does a simple fire cause a building to come crashing down?

I was born in Kaduna and lived there for a decade. Considering both my parents are Yoruba, I can say without doubt it is easier to learn than Yoruba. being in the USA for over a decade now and viewing Christians in this country, fundamental conservative Christians in particular, who talk about using government to prevent gays from marrying and bringing prayer to schools and coming on these forums and seeing the same views and condemnations I begin to wonder if Christians find it ironic that they are Christians because they should be followers of Jesus Christ. Christ said you would be saved through him by living like he did. Christ never went around thumping the laws of the Old Testament, mostly archaic Jewish law that most conservative politicians cling to. He helped the poor. Before his death he saved a theif. He healed the destitute and prostitutes and the so called scum of society. He never once condemned them, not once! Not like most Christians on this forum condemn adulterers, gays, and non Christians and moslems or people who are for abortion. He said God would judge those people but he never judged. And neither should any CHristian. Fighting poverty, disease and helping the poor is what Christ did all his life. And it is what Christians should do and concern themselves with, not talking about how disgusting prostitutes are or how moslems are all terrorists or how disgusting gay people are.

Conservatives still live in the Old Testament ways. Liberals try to emulate the teachings of the New Testament. Being a true Christian means you cannot be conservative in your views because it goes against the teachings of Christ. The most important and principal message of the bible is that we must live like Christ did. Not that we should not sin. Or that we should be anti abortion. Or anti gay. Or practice sex after marriage. No. It is to live like Christ Did and believe in him.
