Do say things you have no idea about, did Biden win in Arizona, yet the media announced that he had won when clearly he hasn’t and the governor of the state had to rebuke the media, trump as of now has won Alaska and North Carolina, but that hasn’t been called for him by the media, it took almost 12hrs after he had won Florida before it was called for him.

The election is been contested in about 6 states with clear evidence of fraud and its been litigated, the state legislature in those 6 states is controlled by the republicans which has to certify the votes in mid December before anyone can be pronounced president, if the states been contested doesn’t certify the votes it’s goes to the US house of reps where they have to certify who becomes president and as it is, Democrats holds the majority in the house, but the republicans holds the highest number of seats and districts represented, republicans represent 26states while democrats represent 24.

By the virtue of the state electors Trump could become president.

It's the duty of the legislature to commence impeachment proceedings, the court has no role in it. Impeachment is not a dispute between the legislature and the executive.

An impeached person can still contest for any political post. Ladoja was impeached in Oyo and he still contested afterwards.
