I mean some people use payday loans that were so unregulated some used to charge 1000%APR! I believe they've been capped now about 50% but even at that, their existence explains a lot. A lot of people cannot manage their finances, live beyond their means thus getting trapped by mounting debt.

The only well recommended solution right now,is for the lady to see a doctor.She needs medical help.
