That's the problem with Nigerias. Tribalism is an issue, because it blinds us to the truth, and thinking that everyone who does not agree with you is an ibo or iPod. Whether you Yinmu from here to Niger republic it won't change the fact. I have already told it to my honorable friend at state house alausa,if they like let them ignore what is happening secretly.
Don't mind people... last year I read on this Nairaland how helicopters do come to bring foodstuffs to some Fulani men or herdsmen sha in Delta state in a remote part and desert area with few grass lands... they chased people who challenged them away. Some of them were seen wearing army outfits. If all these is true, I hope southern Nigerian won't be attacked suddenly while our leaders and people still think they are in control of their lands. These northerners have evil plan than we imagine.

Lagos is sitting on a keg of gun powder. Last week fagba junction,7:30 pm. We saw about 3trucks carrying heavily armed masked men. They were not soldiers, but dressed exactly like militia men armed with spears, bow and arrows and guns I don't know the names of those guns. The way they were positioned like the were ready to shoot anyone who tried to take pictures of them. No single policeman was around, which was very unusual. People ran for dear life. I heard people whispering that they were going towards the abatoir. I don't know if Lagos state govt is aware of this became they say these people who come with their cattle from the north have been buring arms inside and around the abatoir . 50% of lagosians àre from the north. These people are stacking up ammunision for God knows why.
If it's true you saw spears, bows and arrows then know that northerners are in your midst. Those weapons are trademarks of Islamic militants or northern fighters plus anything that has to do with Arab things. I was in Ibadan some weeks ago and I noticed that abokis doing okadas have become much than before.... I don't think I'm imagining things, but I hope the dream I had around 2016 is not being unfolded before my eyes. Those people you saw with weapons may be waiting for instructions for anarchy especially during next year's election.

What are we saying what are you saying? Did I mention anything like alcohol is a sin? the scripture he read was a complete misunderstanding of what Paul was saying, saying the LORD's supper wine is alcoholic is a complete awkward mischievous antics,he was the one reading A and saying B,he quote the right scripture for the wrong use,it is obvious he is up to something terrible to deceive people. Matt 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Luke 17:1-2
Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
Brother, before arguments, go and do adequate research, Yes! the Lord's supper wine is alcoholic. And the bread is unleavened. If you studied the scriptures he highlighted very well, you will understand. Even if you didn't say alcohol is not a sin which you didn't explain well in your first comment, the communion wine is alcoholic. When we eat the Lord's body and drink the blood, it must be done worthily as a spiritual rite, not as a ceremony where we will be filled with bread and wine to our own detriment.

No, that's not true.

If you are doing menial jobs abroad and you are building mansions in Nigeria there is some illegal money making happening.

After tax and rent, food and transport there is no way mansions can be built.

If you had said nursing, fine but not menial jobs.

Even if Nigeria is not worth living in there are over 50 others on the continent people could start from with the money paid to traffickers as investment rather than a straight loss. Imagine how much money a bus load of 25 people had raised and what it could have been used to do if they had only looked at things differently instead of with rose tinted glasses, yet some would have died, became slaves or raped on the way.

And for what?
Leave him... he's one of the deluded Africans that thinks money is being picked on the street. When he goes there and uses 4 years without anything to show for it, he will get sense and run back home.... small pikins dem grin

oga do yourself this favour type wine into google search bar and read the meaning of wine
What u have on valeta and eve is grape fruit juice not non alcoholic wine. We Nigerians invented that word non alcoholic wine there is nothing like non alcoholic wine
is just like saying non alcoholic gin
Don't mind us... our over righteousness is stinking to heaven. I don't know who invented that non alcoholic wine self all in the bid to save people by the wisdom of men. Instead of preaching the truth, we lie. This is where you read A from the Bible and they tell you it means B... grin. Funny people... they're the ones who will call Jesus a wine bibber because he drank wine

Some of you are turning the scriptures upside down.. Jesus turned water into wine, the Bible didn't say alcoholic wine. Let your conscience be the judge here, a true Christian shouldn't take any alcoholic drink.
That false conscience you have against alcoholic wine is not of God. it's the doctrine of men from over righteousness that became a strong hold of tradition in the church. And mind you dear, there's nothing like non alcoholic wine. all wines are alcoholic. You can't be more English than the English people. If you ever find yourself outside the country in overseas , don't go and disgrace yourself calling a fruit juice as wine. The origin of biblical wine is the fermentation of grape vine. Study to show yourself approved unto truth not tradition. Finally, 1Corinthians 8:2 will help you, so don't go about thinking our pastors know everything because it's more than possible for men to be in darkness of a particular truth for a life time and even for generations.

Stop twisting the Bible and preaching heresies, proverbs 12:21B "but the wicked shall be filled with mischief".
How is he twisting the scriptures.? If you really think you believe in God's words, go and check his quotation and study.... don't let stronghold of men doctrines and over righteousness deceive you. If you want to believe God's word, you must shut out every doctrine contrary to what you read in God's words irrespective of the pastor's status who taught you the lie contrary to what you are reading. How will I be seeing A and you will tell me it's B simply because we met the false as tradition in the church. Oga take it or leave it, the word of God is clear, and alcoholic wine is not a sin.

Not all man. Veleta and Eve are some non alcoholic wines in Nigeria. Wine is basically Grape juice. The more it is left to mature, the greater the alcohol in it.

But no I don't think consuming alcohol is a sin.
There's nothing like non alcoholic wine brother. You're not the owner of English. English says wine is alcoholic.. All those veleta, Eva or blue cocktail are just flavored fruit drink. The companies wey dere head correct will never write wine on those non alcoholic drinks.

Consuming alcohol is not a sin.

That's why the wine used in the biblical last supper was alcoholic as is still used today in the Catholic church.

After drinking it, most of them got high.
Judas betrayed Jesus under the influence of alcohol.
Peter denied Jesus under the influence of alcohol.
Peter sliced Malchus's ear because he was high. (John 18:10)

Finally, the disciples couldn't keep awake in the garden of Gethsemane because they were tipsy from the wine (Luke 22:39-46)
Your first 4 lines are correct, but the rest show that you don dey mad grin

Just remain dead as they treated u.

Lol! You still don't get it do you.

Do you think christ was being civil when he called the pharisee hypocrites, Woe unto you, vipers?..or do you think they were being civil when they refered to him as being controlled by bezeebub. You are dealing with greedy men who have assume control over the souls of men. This is deep right? But I tell you, you have no idea.

There is no civility here my friend.
there is a war of spirits going on there. Know what spirit you are off.
You are very spiritual. God bless yu and uphold yu. I love that statement yu used. ''War of Spirits''...... that is true! The world is indeed a place of bondage. It is where yu will see A clearly but they will tell yu it is B and make yu doubt yur own eyes and sanity as if something is wrong with yu. I continue to say this. Some Christians think they have faith in God's words. It is when they are faced with the truth that they are reading clearly that they will understand that it is nt easy to have faith because of the tongues of men that have taught them for a long time. We always want to use our doctrine to help God, where as what was written has been written. Even as christians read the new covenant and see that tithe wasn't commanded anywhere, they won't still believe; them dey fear hell grin cheesy cheesy God save us from our weak minds. In fact, the girl tire me. I have given her my simple advice sha. If you see her pix, you will like her and won't know she has such mindset. Maybe she has passed through a trauma and shame caused by poverty; hence, she's sworn that anything for the money which is more dangerous than the poverty itself. No respect for dignity and human morality again, so she even want money at the detriment of character not knowing that if her man or herself is very unfortunate with lack of character, they can meet an entity that will turn their wealth to ruins and desolation showing her the other side of life that she thinks she knows but ignorant about. God help her sha, cos I've noticed her posts on issues like this and she's very desperate and she's not hiding it.

It's better for a man to have money and be characterless oo
I have noticed your posts in recent times and you make me wonder what happened to you. Yes, it's good for a man to have money, money sweetens love. I won't dispute that, but your posts about issues like this are toxic with desperation and anything for the money. You may not want any advice, you may even insult me. But I must let you know that even if you think you have seen the other side of life, you haven't my dear. You are too desperate with your words anyway and it's from the abundance of your heart. Take heed to yourself and support good virtue. The youths may be loosing dignity because of the times and season but know that you will become a mother some day or at least responsible for others. What those that are subject to you want are wise counsels or else they will ridicule you in the long run if you can't provide them. Support hard work and hustle rightly for the money, but also know that not all that have been working hardly that have the equivalent wealth. Times, season and chance may not have allowed them to hammer yet, but if God is wit them, their time will come. Cheers!
