Pls I need advice. My conditional offer from uni of salford is to provide my transcript and pay deposit of the sch fees. I’m thinking of going ahead to pay without my transcript.
Is it possible I would be given unconditional admission and CAS, without my transcript yet?

(My transcript from OOU is still not ready despite paying and making the request many months ago, guess cos of NASU strike, and this nonsense is really getting me depressed, I’ve even paid extra to fast track it, yet no result), I hope I don’t lose out on my japa mission because of this Nigerian leaders wickedness

Hello everyone,
Yesterday, I got a conditional admission to University of Salford, Manchester for MSc. Biomedical Science January intake. I was given a scholarship reduction in school fees of £3000. My school drops to £12,300. Conditional payment of £5500 before being issued with CAS.
Please how do you see this admission? I seek for insight about the course, the cost of living in Manchester, possible accomodation
challenge and other peculiar thing.
Or would you advice me to wait for other admission in other schools and other courses in health.

Hello, I am about to pay my tuition fee for salford university and they are using flywire. But I noticed that the official cbn rate I calculated in Naira is different from what flywire is calculating. Below is the screenshot.. Is it a mistake or....

You are paying to Flywire and not directly to the university. What you should've done is write £5518 in the Form A and authorization letter, when CBN effect the payment, Flywire will get £5518. Flywire will release to the university £5500 and keep £18 as their charge.

With what you've done now, CBN will wire £5500 and ignore the extra £18 you authorized. Flywire will get £5500 and deduct £18 from the amount to leave a balance of £5482 which is less than the £5518 you generated the invoice for and the transaction would fail.

I will suggest that you go and correct the amount on your Form A to avoid issues.

Don’t cancel anything o just leave it like that if school receive 18 pounds less you can use black market or someone in the Uk to help u pay that one if you are not in the Uk yet.
If u cancel it may take ages to reprocess o

Paid deposit of 4k pounds June 29th with black market as formA was disappointing (deadline was June 30th)
TB test: June 15th
POF started reading: June 17th
CAS: July 22nd
Biometrics: *August 9th Ikeja TLS* (dependant did walk-in with MA)
Paid calls August 30th & 31st (*decision not made*… was panicking cos it was 16 working days already)�
Third paid call: September 1st (*Decision made*… I happy die!)��
Application transferred to VAC: September 3rd�
VAC no gree receive application, was waiting eagerly for movement and collection mail�
September 6th: I joined others to send complaints to TLS ikeja, fired 3 mails back to back��
*Collection mail* came in 2 hours later: September 6th�
*Passport Pick up* for the 2 of us: September 7th ��������
