Goodafternoon mamas... I'm currently breastfeeding but iv been tracking my menstrual cycle..quite irregular but I get it every month.. so last month its was some days late I got a faint positive on pt.. I kept testing and it kept getting dark though no serious symptoms except breast pain and weakness..so after 2weeks I decided to visit my gynea for TVs. He couldn't locate any baby just a thickened lining..so he asked me to come bk after 1 week ...which I did same result he also checked for ectopic which was my fear but nothing was seen...so he said he suspects blighted ovum... that I should go home and repeat the test..I had already given up thinking it will be negative since scan at 7weeks didnt show anything not even a sac o...to my greatest surprise pt was still positive even darker than before... I'm to return tomorrow to the hospital to the next line of action
Iv had series of very early miscarriages in the past which starts from spotting and tests gets negative before I had my son...
This one no bleeding or spotting...in fact iv been going about my normal day to day activity
Pls who has experienced this before...sorry for the long write up

I had similar issue but mine is a bit different. I started spotting then later bleeding occurred. My LMP was August 16. But scan results is measuring lesser weeks . I ought to be 11 weeks but scan is showing am 7 weeks and some days. So have given up on my LMP , am now on a follow up with the scan dates. One gestational sac has collapsed leaving one which I prays results in a successful pregnancy. My spotting brownish blood that comes and go.
Have never experienced this before. At 6 weeks scan, no heart beat. Just the sac was seen. So am praying for miracle. I will repeat scan in three weeks time. To confirm if am still pregnant , I did PT yesterday. it brought out two dark lines. As anyone experience long time spotting during pregnancy and still carry the pregnancy to full term. People have started noticing the pregnancy. My tummy is already showing. Still no heartbeat. My lovely mother's please pray for me

Good morning to you all. I wrote about the bleeding I had and was told to come back for scan after two weeks. Two weeks haven't reached but anxiety won't let me be. I went for the scan yesterday and my God had perfected his work. Everything is now normal. Praise master Jesus . I thank God for delivery Me from threatened abortion.

Am now officially team May.

Good morning. Please as anyone experience this before while pregnant. My last LMP was August 16. I did my first scan last week Friday. It shows baby was 8 weeks, 2 days +- 2 weeks.
The next day I slept and woke up to see blood gushed out. I went to repeat scan on Sunday. The machine saw two gestational sac separately. One is not well defined. Scan shows I was 6 weeks , 2 days . Yesterday morning, I saw much blood that the first time coming out without cramps but cloted blood . It was much this time , I was bleeding.
Went for another scan, they saw one gestational sac has collapsed which is why I saw the bleeding.
The sonographer saw another gestational sac with a viable festus measuring 4 weeks and 5 days .
My question is this , is it possible to be pregnant of twins and had one as miscarriage and still carrying the remaining one till delivery . Has anyone experienced this before. I was told to repeat scan in two weeks time . I has a miscarriage at 6 weeks in February this year. All my experience then was totally different from this.
This is strange to me . I need people who have experienced this to help me out. I was advised to be on bed rest at the hospital which am already observing.

Cc: all mamas , am had serious menstral like pain yesterday evening and I took paracetamol , I also lick danacid tablet to subside the pain. Some minutes later the pain went away . But the pain started after I posted my bs. But this time stronger. Is this also part of the post pregnancy package. Has anyone experienced this before. Cc: zaynie , , and other experienced mum. Doc adviced against hot water body massage for now becos of my low Pcv.

My Birth story . According to my first scan and lmp my edd was 15 of may. Later scans gave 16, 19 and the last one I did on the 26 gave me may 31st with baby weighing 3.3kg. When I passed the 40 weeks, I told the midwife at the mission house I was using that can I be induced for labour and her reply was no that I should do more exercises and pray more for natural delivery becos they don't induced labour . When my mum heard about it , she had to force me and dh to go and carry my bag from the mission house and move it to govt health centre where I also use for ANC . At the govt health centre they followed the -2weeks . So to them I was still in my 38 weeks . All this while I haven't seen any sign of labour . So I went for ANC and was told to use a full bottle of Castor oil and come back the next day. When I got home I goggled about it and decided to use half bottle which made me to have diarrhoea. After some hours I saw little muscus plug. At evening time of that same day I went to the clinic and told them I used half bottle . I was told to buy another bottle and use that was why it didn't work . So I bought another one and took it on the 29th of may , Sunday night. After some hours I went to wee and saw a lot o muscus plug discharge and little blood clot. I was very Happy. On the 30th of may I went to the clinic and I was examined. The midwife said my cervix is still closed and was given injection to induce the labour . After the injection, I started having painful contractions. After some hours she checked me again and said cervix is till 0cm but the baby's head has engaged. She adviced us to go back home and do more exercises and to take hot bath and come back at evening time . I got home and did some exercises and headed to the hospital. So this time oxytocin was injected into the drip. Full painful contractions started. The pains was totally different from what I felt with the injections in the morning . After some hours, I was having headache so I told my dh to tell them how I was feeling . Immediately they rushed in to check my bp and it was 190. Throughout my pregnancy my bp has always been btw 100 to 120. So they stopped the drip immediately and I was given some injections to reduce my bp. So they kept checking my bp and the cervix was now 2cm. So the next day which happened to be ANC day at the clinic. After they have attended to those that came. I was told to come Inside and another drip was set. I used the breathing techniques, I tried not to shout and I kept dilating. My bp was checked and was 150/90. I was given another injection again. I was checked and it was 7cm. The matron said I used two pack of oxytocin. Some mins later I felt the urge to poo and I told the nurses I wanted to poo . They told me to poo, I said the poo is too strong to come out . I didn't know it was time for me to push the baby out. I was expecting to hear the word Push. So It was when I heard they are seeing the baby's head that I should push . I told them I don't know how to push that they should teach me. They all laughed . So one of them demonstrated it and I used all my reserved energy to push and the baby slipped out. I was happy and same time relieved. My baby girl came on the 31st of may, weighed 3kg and she gave me perineal tear. It was now time for the placental to come out , it didn't come out. I heard them saying my cervix was closed again. They started praying and doc rushed in to give me another oxytocin injection . The placental gave out 40 minutes after I had my baby and I was stitched. Hours later I went to the bathroom to remove the lady sept that was inserted into my vaginal. A lot of blood came out with it, I complained to the matron she said is normal. So I changed to another new one , few minutes later I stood up and blood was just pouring out from my vg . The doc said I had postpartum haemorrhage and the nurse inserted her hand into my vg and brought out a lot of clotted blood . So I was placed on drip and ferrous injection . I gave birth on tue and was discharged on Friday. I give all glory and thanks to God almighty for keeping myself and my baby alive even though the enemies tried a lot of means. Cc: Thanks to all the mamas here, I gained a lot of experiences and am happy to say thanks. Don't mind my long story I don't know how I can summarise it .

I eventually too half bottle of the castor oil this morning and I poo like 7 times , watery stool. But no contraction and stomach pain. I went back to clinic to tell them about the result , the nurses were annoyed because I was told to use the full bottle but I was scared of the side effects. So she did vaginal examination and told me my cervix is still closed that if I had listened to them , it would have been open by now. So I was told to buy another bottle and this time I must drink the whole content at once on Sunday and I shld also get ready for induction on Monday. Why haven't I seen any signs or show till now.

I have done the pelvimetry jeeeeez the man said "madam remove every clothing on you including pant" I shout lol "and do as I say" hehehehehehe the result will be ready tomorrow. I did ob/gyn scan hmmmm 3.7kg at 38th week God will help on the pushing day lol

I did mine with my all my clothing on me. He only told me to remove any metallic object like pin. Did I do the real pelvimetry becos I doubt the X-ray result becos I didn't see anything that looks like pelvic bone on it. The funniest thing is that the doc didn't check it. He only removed the result sheet.

Where you examined? Was a pelvic examination done to determine if you can undertake a V.delivery? What is your baby's presentation? What quantity of the castor oil where you asked to take? I usually don't like mother's taking castor oil on their own WITHOUT close by medical monitoring ...cos anything can go wrong.
Please try serious trekking every evening 45mins and above. . Try kpekpusing with DH...

I did pelvimetry X-ray and the result was ok. The baby is in cephalic position.

was 15th your farthest due date? Have you passed all due date giving? If so that means you are 9 days overdue! I am not a fan of casto oil to induce labour becos it makes it come fast and intense hope your hospital is close by? Moreover you and your baby should be under close watch at this stage. Hope your babies heart rate and liquor level was checked and giving the OK? All the same take long walk today, try kpekusing and hopefully by the end of the day labour should start.
If not carry your kaya go siddon for hospital o cos that baby should be out tomorrow or next max! Gudluck.

Yes, I also did it that same day. I scored 23wpm and 100% accuracy. U can't conclude on this alone cos of other 2 sections of the test. Just be optimistic abt this.

hello, i had my cbt today and my score for typing wasnt impressive at all.
If you are going for the cbt, try preparing for the typing exercise using typing master software and practise using the common office keyboard(my mistake was practising with mavis beacon which has quite different ui nd no time constraint). Try practicing all the exercise on dat software cos d question will surely come from one of it. Our exercise today was stinging bee. With this, you are good to go.

. Today makes it day 2 that I started. But the stress is too much. I have 23 students in my class, teaching, feeding, pampering them and I must make sure their belongings are not mixed up. The only reason why I agreed to the offer was that I will only work there for some days to gain more experience before I go to their secondary section, but the way am seeing things now, they don't want me to leave the Kg section. I plan to quit tomorrow because i can't cope with the children and their parents wahala again.

Just got this teaching job and am to teach Kg 1, I only taught in a secondary sch during my service year. Pls I need help.
